ECO BEDDING FiberCore Box, Brown, 10 lb

I LOVE fibercore Eco-Bedding this was too good a deal to pass up! I use it to line the bottom of my bird's play area, it makes it so easy, it works well in her cage too but she is rarely in her large cage, she has a small sleep cage but she doesn't relieve herself in it. Yes it came in a box no plastic, but amazon shipped it inside another box. I called the company before I ordered it and they said yes that is the way they package it. It is very clean and fresh looking no off orders and I have been using it for over a year now! I hope amazon continues to sell this product!!! It is not as pretty as the colors but that is ok with me it is the natural brown paper bag color so no bleaching or dying of the paper better idea in my opinion for my bird. This is the best, better then paper towels or newspaper, for birds it just works so well! This is the same thing you see in some bird toys. It lasts along time, and you can spot clean too if there is one area where your bird snoozes you can just remove that soiled area in between full cleanings. A lot better deal then the smaller plastic sacks, be aware the box is 22" x 18" x 12" tall, so you will need a place to store it.

The search for bedding for my pet rats is OVER. Over the years I have used every possible wood chips, cedar, aspen, etc (yes, yes, not the best idea). I have tried Carefresh bedding, all the paper pulp bedding, I even tried coconut husk fiber and walnut shells. But it was always the same problems, sneezing, respiratory issues, not the best nesting material in general. Then I decided to give the ECO Bedding a try. It is designed like crinkle confetti which the rats LOVE to build nests with. It has ZERO dust. No more sneezing. As for odor control, I honestly feel like it has the same control as Carefresh bedding. The ECO Bedding is a bit more pricey, but worth it in my option. Now FYI, the 10 lb amount comes in a massive box, not a bag. It is not a problem, just surprised me. LOL it is easier to recycle a box anyways ;)

Ok...so I see everyone complaining about how this product is packaged, and I agree that they need to change the picture and make it more clear that it comes in a box, but it is time to get over it!! This a very good product. I use it for my very spoiled rabbit. It works great. It is easy to scoop up when you need to change the litter and it is comfortable for the bunny. It is a good use of recycled materials. It isn't the absolute best as far as odor control, but honestly, the ones that are better are very messy and get tracked around by my rabbits feet. So...I highly recommend this. Just be prepared to store the box and be happy they sent so much!!!

this bedding is one of two that doesn't bother my sensitive gerbils & mouse - and it's amazing for the gerbils' burrowing and tunneling.honestly the only reason i knocked off a star was the packaging... it feels very unsanitary to ship it loose in a box. i'd get the smaller bags, but we just go through so much of it (3 gerbils, 1 mouse). it took 5 months to go through the entire box.

This bedding is AMAZING! And, who doesn't love buying in bulk?! I switched to this bedding because it's dust free and stops my rats from sneezing. I find it easier that it comes in a box, unlike most people. As long as you can store the box, it's perfect! The only thing I don't like about it is that I thought that it being 10lb, it would last longer but it only lasted me 2 - 2 1/2 months or so. Keep in mind that I clean their cage twice a week so that's why. Overall, this is my go-to for bedding.

Good box for money; cheapest available aside from going directly to seller. My mice enjoy it, can walk on top and tunnel in. Some people can still smell the tank, but I don’t. Quality product. FiberCore

Only 4 stars because of costMy guinea pigs love this stuff. I didn't thing it would be a good trade from other litter. They absolutely love tunneling thru it and popcorning!Highley recommend Tamworth the high cost!

Our rats love this stuff! Easy to clean. Great customer service.
