I bought the Urea 40% Cream from Grocerism with Salicylic Acid and it honestly exceeded my expectations. From the first applications I noticed the skin much softer and less rough. It is ideal for cracked heels, elbows, knees and very dry or hardy areas. The texture is creamy, absorbs well and does not leave a sticky feeling. I really liked that it combines 40% urea with salicylic acid, because it exfoliates and moisturizes at the same time. With constant use, the skin looks healthier and renewed. The size is generous and yields a lot. It is definitely an effective product for dry, thick or cracked skin. I would buy it again without hesitation and I recommend it 100%.

OMG! It removed the scales and dry patches off my legs! I tried ammonium lactate 12% and Vaseline. But it was not penetrating the scaly patches on my legs until I used this. This is after daily use for 2.5 weeks. A dermatologist said to 1st apply the urea and cover it with a layer of Vaseline which is what I’ve been doing. This also smells great and absorbs quickly. This is THE holy grail to have soft skin down to the deeper layers. Can’t say enough good things about it.
