I began taking these pills (one in the morning and one at night) and began seeing a decrease in my hyperhidrosis. My hands go longer without sweating and don't sweat as much as usual. I haven't noticed any side effects but I do notice missing a pill will cause the sweating to go back up. The immediate smell when you open the bottle isn't that great and you can taste that smell after swallowing the pill, especially if you burp. The pills have to be taken with food though so your meal will override that taste. The pills are quite large too but these are things I can deal with if it means my hands won't be dripping 24/7. I definitely think this product is worth testing out if you're like me and have tried many different treatments. This has been the cheapest and most successful of everything I've tried. Good luck!

Taking two capsules a day for a month, these did absolutely nothing to reduce my sweating issues. I attempted to return them for a refund, but missed the deadline by 2 days. I had purchased them to relieve night sweats, but there was no improvement whatsoever. In addition, the cost for this product is quite high. Many supplements work for some people, but not for others. Based on the many positive reviews, I guess I was one of the unlucky ones.

Was taking two a day as the bottle calls for and didn't notice any effect. Started taking 3 a day and it actually worked pretty well. Recently ran out and notice quite a difference. But the little difference it did have just isn't worth $40 for me (and I'm not even sure it's okay to be taking 3 of these a day). Maybe it was like $20 I'd consider it. If you have money to spend, you might find some value in this. I'd rather try something different, like sage (which sounds promising from what I've read online).

This product has helped immensely with reducing sweat! I use to take a shower and then immediately start sweating after doing a simple activity like walking up/down stairs or just walking short distances. Any type of movement and my body would sweat profusely. Especially my back. Now I sweat normally only after doing intensive activities like working out or running/walking great distances. These supplements have made a great impact on my life and most importantly IT’S ALL NATURAL! All the other products I looked into had all sorts of chemicals that are toxic to the body and prevent you from sweating for 1-2 weeks which is not natural! KEEP AWAY FROM THESE PRODUCTS! I am very happy I found this product and will continue to take it until my body has sufficiently metabolized and absorbed these herbs to cure me from hyperhidrosis. I've used this product for about a month now, the recommended amount of time for use, and so far it has somewhat helped with my sweating. More importantly it has helped with body odor so for that alone I find it quite useful.

This stuff works! I have been sweating in an embarrassing part of my body and this has really helped me. The only downside is this stuff is expensive.

This works and will be one of my staple supplements in my cabinet! I am on my 3rd bottle. It's not a miracle capsule but it will give you an advantage and help just before events that cause excessive sweating. Key is to take it at least a half hour prior to an event. Sometimes when I'm feeling warm and I think the sweat is coming I take it and it is effective quickly. If I am going to have a long day I split the daily dose and take in morning and later on.. A friend of mine uses it for hot flashes and she says it's a HUGE game changer. I highly recommend for anyone with hyperhydrosis or having hot flashes.
