It is made very well. I am 5'9 150 lbs very athletic I got the med. and it fits tightly but isn't that the point? It is on its on the last clips so I know when I get into the wear and "training" of it I'll be able to get it tighter. I stand at work so it gives a ton of support and I also use it for hiking with a weighted pack for added support. I highly suggest this!

Fit a little big so i had to rerurn it but the material is breathable and comfortable to wear. Wish I was able to wear under my clothes without it being so obvious otherwise the product does the job.

Way too small. Couldnt even get it around me...and I measured. 😣

My waist is considered a x-large by measurements but I still went up to a large. Upon arrival the material looks and feels of high quality. After wearing it for the past 3 days I have already noticed the change it has made on reducing my waist size. I'm loving the product and look forward to see more results! Thank you

I was really excited about this waist trainer, it was pretty comfortable to wear compared to another one I bought but after only a week of wearing it, a wire poked through while I was sitting and was jamming into my side. I would have expected it to last longer than a week of wear.

Thought it would be size appropriate, I am not obese 5'3" -160lb and ordered xl and way to small have to return probably will not reorder

I am glad i got this one. There were so many out there and i honestly had no idea where to start. This fits very well as i made sure that i got the right size and the price was the best part. I cant wait to be able to go a size down as i will be buying it from these guys again :)

I really like my waist trainer. It sucks me in and makes eat less. The only issue I have is that it is a little long. I have a short torso so it comes up to my lower boob area. Other than that it is great! I'm happy I bought it!
