I have only great things to say about the swing itself. The only negative is that the chain has only a painted silver chain that will turn rusty after you use it outside. Painted with rustoleum silver paint and now looks fine. The swing is well constructed and all the hardware is supplied. And the price of the three person swing is very reasonable.

We had a little trouble with the delivery but I contacted the seller and they were very helpful. We received it a couple of days later and I am very happy with this swing. It is so sturdy and comfortable to sit it. I ordered the black one and it is a shiny black and looks really nice. I would definitely recommend this and the price was great too!

This swing is so nice and it seems very sturdy, I love it it is the perfect size for 2 or 3 people to sit on ! My grand kids love it too!

Horrible packing. If you're going to use FedEx for shipping you better package it in a wooden crate and wrap with bubble wrap! As soon as I saw it was being shipped by FedEx I knew right away it was not going to be good. It appears the box was dropped on its corner multiple times racking the seat and back to the point of splitting the wood and popping some screws. The swing is beyond repair and useless. As for the quality of the product and finish it appears mediocre at best. Very lightweight which translates to "cheap" in my book. I have requested a refund but I'm sure I will be plagued with loading it all back up and taking to a shipping center. I would NOT recommend this product. I gave it 2 stars since the shipping mishap was not all the manufacturers fault however they are responsible for the packaging and quality of material. Edited my original 2 stars down to 1 star for lack of assistance from the seller. They are expecting me to pay for return shipping! How about you get the money from FedEx since this is their fault, not mine.

It’s ok. I would not order it again nor would I suggest it to anyone. It was easy to put together and hang, it looked good when we got it. But when we sat on it, it instantly creaked with my husband’s weight. When we sit on it together you can feel it flexing on you like it’s struggling to hold us both. We’ve had it about a week now and it’s getting more noticeable. It’s rated for 880lbs, my husband is 6’5” 225lbs and I’m 5’4” 155. I can rock comfortably with no problems by myself, as soon as he joins me, we are afraid we are going to fall because the wood will give out. If you are on the smaller side I’m sure it’ll be fine but if you have bigger humans in your family or friend circle that will come over and potentially sit on the swing I would not recommend this at all.

This swing seems to be very well made and I love the color. It was nice to find a swing I didn’t have to paint to protect it from the weather. The assembly was easy, it just took some time and patience.
