I'm a new comer to the EMF debate. Not sure if what I read is valid or not but, clearly avoiding or lessening exposure seems wise.Bought a monitor and was surprised at the EMF from my cell phone. (Nothing compared to my electric meter but that's another story.) This cover dropped the phone's RF (with the monitor up against the phone) from 8mW/m2 to <0.001. Minor impact on the EMF total.This reduction only occurs when used as directed in the instructions and only on the padded silver (back) side. But this is the part facing the body.I am not a physicist but have a doctorate in a science. Not an expert. but it does what the Amazon page says it does.Will it prevent disease? I don't know but it does reduce RF and it is a useful cover for the phone.

Used a trifield meter to measure EMF emitted from my phone inside this pouch. Very disappointing as it still measured quite a bit especially when compared to the Wisdompro pouch that I am currently using. I do like the sleek design and fun colors of this pouch which is why I purchased it. Disappointed it did not meet expectations.
