As a teacher, I always have things I need to hang on the wall, whiteboard, desks, etc. These little guys are awesome & so easy to use! I use the removable ones the most often & they stick really well & are still really easy to remove them. So far, I've found that they stick to all surfaces I've tried them on - whiteboards, wallpaper, bulletin board paper, wooden desks, metal filing cabinets, etc.A lot of times, I end up just taking them off the wheel to stick precisely where I want them. If I'm sticking up a whole piece of paper, then I'll just drag the dispenser across the paper to get multiple little dots on it. I've also used these in picture frames - the ones with blank glass around the photo (so the photo just sits in the middle of the frame). It only takes one little glue dot for smaller pictures & two dots for bigger pictures. I highly recommend these for all of your crafting needs! :)

These are terrible! Out of the three, none of the dispensers worked well past the first few applications. On one the paper strip came out and was not taken up by the other wheel--so had to do those all by hand. On another, once we got past the first few applications we were forced to take the dots off my hand--which defeats the whole purpose. We have not used the third unit yet--but not expecting great things.

LOVE glue Dots! HATE these dispensers!! Within the first 10 Dots, the gear that pulls the empty tape in was malfunctioning and the dots were getting all gummed up inside the dispenser. I thought maybe it was a fluke with one unit, so I tried another - and the same thing happened. I really want these to work, but I will be throwing away so many Dots it will end up being a waste of money.

Before this, we used glue dots often, just in a roll with no little applicator gadget. It's a fun idea, but doesn't really work. Some dots don't come out, and then jam it up later. Or more than one at once, or folded. Easier to just use a regular roll and peel them off by hand. Regretting having contributed to this unnecessary production of a bunch of plastic that will end up in a landfill.

Adhesion is great when this works, but this product was NOT well made. If you are thinking (like I did) that this rolls smoothly like rolling white-out, you are mistaken. The rollers are not smooth and one entire one got stuck in middle and just wouldn't continue. I had to break it open and manually use the dots. In addition, for the ones that did roll, because they aren't smooth and need some pressure, it is hard to get the dots where you need them. Sometimes they came out spread normally, sometimes on top of each other. So many got ruined. Don't waste your money.
