I'll start off by saying that I absolutely Love BHU double chocolate chip cookie dough and the regular chocolate chip cookie dough. I ordered the two jars of double chocolate chip cookie dough and I was very impressed with the packaging this time. I think came with an ice pack to prevent from melting and oozing out of the jar (which here in South Texas the weather is so unpredictable and hot or hotter than hot most of the year that it's pretty much necessary to have any food item shipped with an ice pack). So the jars arrived safe and not a melted inside the box. However unfortunately both my jars of Cookie dough had the safety lid seals that looked like they had half melted or the glue or lining melted on them both from the inside and all around the edges on the outside. I didn't think anything of it until I digged in for a taste, it tasted horrible like chocolate with plastic! .... Now I know what it's supposed to taste like because I buy this all the time. Unfortunately per Amazon you can't return or exchange. I contacted seller and explained everything, they were so quick to respond and they refunded my money (which was about $15 per jar, expensive I know but I'm telling you it's sooo delicious and worth every penny!) And said that they would even replace my order!!! I was thrilled!! That's awesome customer service!!! Now I still haven't received my replacement but I did get a refund for the bad batch. All in all great products and amazing customer service. I will STILL continue to purchase their cookie dough and other products which are healthier than regular cookie dough at the store, and also recommend to everyone to buy and try it if they haven't yet! Thank you BHU for the wonderfully yummy healthy keto products you make!!!

This is the 6th time I have bought this product from amazon and the first 5 tasted great. It is one of my favorite sweet treats I eat when I’m eating low carb. This one was completely inedible due to the strong chemical flavor. It has a burnt plastic flavor, the flavor reminds me of the smell when you accidentally burn your plastic spoon on your stove top.To make things worse this item is not eligible for return so I am out $15 for something I threw in the garbage.When I shop on Amazon I usually only buy Prime items not for the fast shipping but for the since that they back this product and make sure the customer is happy, this is not always the case especially with food items.I personally think that any item Amazon listed as Prime should always be returnable/refundable especially food items you really have no recourse for damaged, expired or in this case quality/flavor.

I bought this stuff on a whim, I got diagnosed with diabetes and was looking for good sugar free desert alternatives and I bought this not expecting much.But I bought it and tried it and let me tell you, it's delicious, like cookie dough flavored frosting with Lindor chocolate inside. The next thing I knew the jar was empty and after checking my blood sugar it did not move up or down in either direction, so it has little to no effect on my sugar which is amazing.Unfortunately every time I buy it I end up eating half the jar or more in one sitting because it's so dang good.

I love this Brand. It's great tasting and healthy. I buy it a lot. The last order I received made both myself and my boyfriend sick. I don't know if it had been sitting out or was somehow contaminated, but we were both sick and miserable.

This product has such a weird flavor. I have been doing keto for years now so it isn't just because it is sugar free. It also has such a weird texture... it is not like cookie dough at all. More like a compressed powder? Honestly I don't think I can even eat it I've given it many attempts the flavor is just too strange. Chemically even... probably will ve thrown out if I can't find a way to bake it into something else. The company did sent a nice hand written thank you note which is very sweet of them, but the product is not good.

Taste and texture preferences are unique to every individual, so some people will love this stuff, some people will hate it, and others will be in the middle. That being said, this is definitely worth trying! The texture is not like real cookie dough (how could it be, when the ingredients are totally different?) but I'd compare it to any nut butter spread out there. It's not as sweet as real cookie dough, but if you're someone who doesn't usually eat sugar, it may taste super sweet (which it does for me). If you're trying this after years of eating the real thing, of course it's not going to taste the same. But it DOES taste GOOD! The volume you get for the price leaves a little to be desired, so I only buy this as a special treat once in a while. I'd recommend the double chocolate flavor, personally. What I love about this is that it's a quick, easy treat at the end of the day that won't send my blood sugar soaring. I love that there are no sugar alcohols, too, since those are extremely irritating to the digestive system. TL;DR - give this a try, you may like it!

I wish I had listened to the negative reviews, but I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, thinking people can just be super picky.If you're going to suggest a product is like cookie dough and even call it cookie dough, it should at the very least have the texture of cookie dough, or even a similar flavor. But this has neither.The texture is weird, like a creamy mousse, which doesn't sound too bad, but the taste ruins it. It tastes nothing like cookie dough, not even a healthy version or... anything. It doesn't even taste good in a general sense to at least make up for what was expected from a "cookie dough" product.Cardboard. I have no idea how else to describe the flavor.This is way too much money to waste on something so horrible. So, if you're expecting something similar to cookie dough, but healthier, listen to this review and others that say so, this is not it. You will be disappointed.
