Brief issue at first with magenta cartridge not recognized
See the second item picture, the board with the four copper pads is at the bottom, below the beige piece. The board had pushed in a little, but I pulled it back to the end of the black tab it sits on and snapped it down into place. Now all the cartridges work great!

At first, the magenta cartridge could not be recognized ...
At first, the magenta cartridge could not be recognized by the printer because the little counter chip was loose. After re-attaching the chip to the right position and managing to insert the pins of the chip into the corresponding slot, the cartridge is now working.
