Q: Why is the logo stamp on the back of these plates different from the corelle plates I've bought at the store? Are these plates authentic?

Sorry for any confusion! We changed the stamp on the back of our dinnerware last year. The new stamp says "Corelle" with the words "Made in the USA" under our logo.

Q: Why do you send only 5 bowls

We were so excited to ship out our new pattern that it seems that we forgot to include a bowl. Please send us a message at this link https://corellebrands.com/consumer-care/ and we’ll make it right.

Q: Why the shipping of the 18- piece set will it take from 1 to 3 Months???? Where's the item located?

I don’t know where they are coming from, but they did take about 2 months to come. I ordered them when they first came out.

We apologize for any confusion! This set comes with the simple, single-banded cereal bowl that can be found in the first image. The other image features our Portofino serving bowls, which are 1-quart in size, and can also be found on our Amazon page. Let us know if you have any other questions!
