Omg Amazing! This is the first corset that actually shapes you to hour glass and is highly reinforced! It’s very hard to out on, just about impossible if you have nails. I had to have my boyfriend help me and we were both straining. However. Once it’s on you feel the shaping benefits/ it’s so beautiful it looks like it should be outside your clothing. Just buy it!! I've tried so many of these, and this one is a winner! Great quality materials, it's long enough to cover my entire torso, and I love how it reshapes my body! I ordered a medium. I'm 5' ,130 lbs, have had 4 babies (3 V & 1 C), and my youngest is 20 months. I have a mommy fupa. I wear a size medium and a 6 short in pants. The jeans in the photos are a size 4, and I normally don't wear them, because I look like a can of busted biscuits, but with the trainer, I feel confident wearing them. I am on the 3rd row now, and I can't wait until I need a size small!

Let me start by saying I have about 6 Squeems and endless wraps. I have been using these for over 10 years. Each has a better use than others. Squeem is are expensive brand, wraps are inexpensive, both are good for working out. This is the first time I discovered this brand. I bought the black with the wire support around. Now...at first I was concerned about the thickness. I tried it on and I actually love it for daily wear, not cardio, but actually for under my clothes. This thickness and wire structure helps my posture while keeping my belly tight. I havent tried the other styles yet but the small fit me on the second hook set, with 4 adjustments to shrink into! I recommend this product! I was surprised at the comfort and material strength!

This is a good waist trainer I would say for beginners. Once you get it on it is comfortable and it's not stabby but the stitching around the top and bottom may give you a bit of a rug burn -ish effect. So I definitely would suggest wearing a tank top underneath. My personal issue with this is my waist is a 29 relaxed so according to the size chart I should have gotten a small but I know better. So I went with the extra small and as you can see in the photo it's already on the last hook so I have nowhere to go from here and they don't have an extra extra small. So for my experienced waist training girlies this one has just a little bit too much give for me.

This item is is great! Initially I ordered a medium but I grossly underestimated my waistline & exchanged for an XL. It fits great, however L probably would've been the best answer as I think this will become big if I lose wnough weight. The medium seemed SO small that I had to jump that far, but I can already get it on the 3rd hook. I was worried it would be hard on & off but it didn't take very much practice at all... im quite impressed with the quality especially for the price! My tummy still feels "trained" into the next day like im.still wearing it, so I'm very happy!!

So there's lots of pros and cons to this. Keep in mind I am 5' 4" and weight 125lbs. I purchase a size medium with the rods in it. Pros: 1. It works! As soon as you put it on, you'll feel the constriction shaping you. 2. I have back problems, which got worse after working from home and sitting down so much. I feel like this actually makes my back feel better too and because of the little rods in it, it forces me to sit uo straight. 3. As long as you start the hooks at the bottom and work your way up, it's not that hard to put on. Cons: 1. I feel like I have a long torso and this trainer still digs into me when I sit down. It digs under my boobs and ontop of my thighs. I think I would appreciate the shorter version. 2. According to the chart I should get a medium/large, but according to reviews I got a small. It is a little tight, but not bad. If I would have gotten a medium, I feel like i would need to buy another one in a week. 3. When I take it off it does leave the impressions on my skin for a good hour (I wear the brace about 6 hrs a day). Overall, I am impressed with it. UPDATE: I'm at the 3rd line now! At first I didnt think I was getting any smaller until I tried the next row of hooks and realized I could do it! I can see the shape without the trainer on!

I have been buying this brand now for three years and every time I try to save cost and buy a different brand, I always regret it. I love it, the hold, the comfortability, the quality, all top notch.
