Excellent quality product that works!

This is a good product to cleanse the sinuses. The problem I have with it, is the salt makes the silver inactive so you are not getting the antibacterial properties of the silver :(

This stuff works! I followed the directions for laying down for 30 seconds, leaning forward for 30 seconds, but I like regular sinus cleanser position over the sink to the right and then the left. The plastic nozzle on the bottle helps to aim the solution around your sinus and whatever the herbs are, my sinuses feel clean and dry.I have had chronic sinusitis for two years. I've seen 3 doctors, all of whom either give me antibiotics, cough syrup, decongestants or "it's going around, everybody has it." I read an article about chronic sinusitis in a 2014 issue of Life Extension Magazine and they recommended this solution as 27% better than another sinus flush. Then I looked for air purifiers and read reviews where people described their symptoms and results. I bought two purifiers and combined with the Sinus Cleanser, I sleep for 7 hours in cleaner air and cleaner sinuses. The first night I did this, I woke up actually feeling normal.I've made great progress (it's not 100% overnight) and will continue, confident that I will beat this and get back to normal. No more antibiotics for me.

I've tried a number of products and am happy to report this product works. Very simple to use - in fact easier than a Netti pot. Used one bottle, have re-ordered more. A bit pricey.

I bought 4 bottles of this many years ago because I thought it could be something helpful to have around. It is. I have used it often for any type of sinus or nasal irritation once or twice a day when needed and within a week I breathe much better. But...I have also found it works wonders for cold sores. I have Never found a product that really helps them until on a whim I put a drop of this on a Q-tip and held it on the area that was beginning to itch-hurt like a cold sore was coming on. I gentle swab the area for a few minutes a couple times a day. By doing so, I can sometimes stop them from ever forming or diminish the sore immensely.There are also many other uses for this wonderful product. A little bit will do. I just ordered more because when our kids moved out... I only had my bottle left. :) It's that good.

I have sufferred with sinus trouble all my life. Used medications that left me sleepy and the neti pot that gave me bloody noses. Then my husbands trainer told me to use Sinus Cleanser, and what a difference from the start. I have let family members and friends know what a gold mine this product is. It is awkward to use in the begining, but practice makes perfect. I would never back a product I didnt believe 100% in! Well done and many thanks

This did not work for me at all like it was advertised online. I also could not get anyone to return my call. I wouldn't recommend. Sorry I bought it
