Just as described. Lights are bright!

These lights are a great addition to my setup. They are great at providing useable light. However, my lights continue to turn themselves every day! I don't understand what's happening and have changed channels to deter interference resulting in the same outcome. This may be a quirk you will have to live with unless the manufacturer can provide a solution.

Lighting is something I ha e needed for a while, and these lights looked like an easy, effective and low cost solution. Overall, the lights are light weight, powerful, and easy to use.While I am certainly no professional when it comes to photography or video production, I have become very savvy over the past year as I facilitate trainings and college courses from my home office. I generally facilitate highly engaging sessions, utilizing green screens and software to enhance my webinars.Lighting certainly certainly an issue for me, I have actually been through for different sets of lights over the past month. The first lights that was Different from the rest, the next three including these were quite similar in both design and functionality.The lights are easy to use, and provide a lot of white volume. Are use a pair in a home office that is approximately 12 x 12. When using a green screen, roughly half of my room is utilized on camera. I am found the lights to be mostly all I need to ensure good lighting. Depending on the time of day, I do have a couple of smaller issues to resolve but I seem to be working through it. I would say for the most part, my issue is perhaps more related to the configuration of my room and my lighting placement.Ultimately I did return these lights. However, I did not return them because I was unhappy with the products itself, but rather I found something similar that already included the desktop mounts; something that I was going to purchase to add to the set. Having said that, I had no issues with them and would’ve kept them had it not been a need for something slightly different.Again, I am no expert, but I found them incredibly easy to use and adjust. The remote is incredibly handy. It was not some thing that I thought I would need upfront, I am literally standing about 3 to 4 feet from my lights. However, it is nice to be able to just click a button to turn them on and off as needed, and occasionally I’ve made a quick adjustment to the temperature or brightness. I also like how that One remote controls both lights equally.

I have set up to do video in my living room and don't want bulky lighting like soft boxes and umbrellas, which I've tried and it's a bother taking them down just to have things look normal again after recording. This light, while not a large light source like the above, is big enough to provide fairly soft light if positioned close to the subject and just out of camera view. In this location I can easily reach over and adjust settings or use the remote. It's not bulky and not expensive. The adjustable brightness and color are great, as I like to record at 4000 K as that matches my other, fixed-color lights and I don't want it any colder. I'm very happy I found it.

I really like how compact this is when compared to traditional softbox lighting. Adjusting the brightness and color is easy. I choose this one because it’s larger then most and I can plug it in to the wall to run continuously for filming.

I love the versatility of the Calvin you can reach with this particular light and also the distance I can use the remote. But one thing I wish it came with the case.

Very easy to use, wide range of brightness and warmth. The remote is no-frills and easy to use. Bigger that a ring light, useful for videoconferencing.
