It is only my second day using this Ginkgo at a low dose. So far it seems to be helping me in improving my brain fog allowing me to focus better throughout the day. I mix it in my morning vitamin drink, so I do not notice the taste. I think it is a good quality for what I paid, as it provides pure Ginkgo with no additives.

Only been taking for about 2 weeks so I can’t speak on the effectiveness quite yet (it takes about a month for an herb like this to saturate your system), however I am choosing to continue purchasing this due to it being a glycerin based product. It’s easy to take directly, unlike tinctures. Once ginko is in season where I live, I will attempt to make my own.

The liquid is easy to swallow though very sweet for my taste. I only though taste the sweetness and not the ginko if that makes sense. Overall good I just started taking it and I hope I can tell its working.

This taste and is easier to swallow adding to some water. Within the second day i noticed i am more alert. I decided to buy this because this past year after my 45th birthday. I am premenopausal and have been feeling a lot of brain fog,forgetting smile tasks and energy level at my lowest. Also i taken it for a couple days now once in morning time and once afternoon. It seems i feel more alert. Last night I forgot I added to by water bottle and i felt i was restless and wide awake. So i feel I should not take it so late.

My partner took this and was fine. I took it sublingually (for Lyme support) and immediately after holding it under my tongue for 15 seconds the room started spinning, my eyes rolled back in my head, I got intense hot flashes, and pre-sync up (about to pass out). My brain felt jumbled and felt like I was about to have a seizure or a stroke. I am being tested for epilepsy, but nothing is conclusive yet. After reading more about this herb, I learned that it can be dangerous for those with seizure disorders or increased/abnormal brain activity. Even healthy individuals should start with lower doses (I started with just two drops which is about 85 mg). Normally you should be taking three drops three times a day for the best absorption. Do not take this with amino acids like glutamate that will also increase brain activity because even in a healthy individuals, a spike / increase in brain wave frequency of that degree can cause seizure like activity. I also want to do more research into Mary Ruth company. This is the second supplement I’ve tried from her company and have had a bad reaction to. Make sure to look for a COA to know for sure what ingredients are in it and always look and ask the company for third-party lab tests.
