Perfect Mint Sauce
We used to buy this from our local butcher and, since moving home, have bought other makes. But this is the mint sauce we like best and so we buy it mail order now. It is not too sweet (which many of the other sauces are) and really "minty". It keeps well in the fridge after opening and we use it straight with lamb or mix a tablespoon into 1 can of mushy or marrow fat peas (to go with fish) . Makes fairly basic tinned food taste lovely! I am sure there are many other ways in which this mint sauce can give that extra flavour.I tried to make my own mint sauce and am afraid to say that Mrs Darlington's is better.

First bought it about 5 years ago would not have anything thing else.

Delivered on time. The jars I could salvage were good. Unfortunately, 2 jars smashed. What a mess!

Absolutely Awesome…….
This is by far the best mint sauce I’ve ever tasted, it’s absolutely delicious and goes super well with tasty lamb, hogget or mutton, I will never buy another brand again, give it a go you won’t be disappointed.
