Ruby Finds a Worry (Big Bright Feelings)

I bought this for my 6 year old grandson, who was going through a stressful time. I think it helped him to understand worrying, and provided a good coping skill, all on his comprehension level. Very age appropriate.

This story is very easy for my 4 year old to understand and follow. The illustrations are perfect and the message is beautiful and intentional.

I love this cute book. My niece, Ruby, was so excited to get a book with the girl named Ruby as the main character. It is a nice little story.

Hopefully this will help my little worrier friend who is 6 yo.

This book is great for kids who deal with anxiety or who are just worried about one problem.

My granddaughter loves this book! I bought two, one for me and one for her. She lives far away from me, so we FaceTime and I read to her, while she turns the pages on her book.

This book is simple with great illustrations. The children I use it with like how the worry looks. It's a good beginning book to explain how a worry can take over your thoughts and how talking about it helps.
