Are these the original flat bristle Indicator brushes? Description states flat but all of the pictures show the contour version.

I just received these and they are the flat white Indicator bristles with the band (stripe) of blue bristles in the middle as shown in the third picture down. My pack of 6 singles came with different colored handles: 2 dark blue, 2 purple, 1 lime green and 1 pink. These are indeed the same ones my dentist has been giving me for the past "forever" years. LOL. Hope this helps!

What are the measurements of the head size and how many rows of bristles do they have?

Each toothbrush is basically shaped like a pear. There are 6 rows of bristles at the widest part, which is pretty close to the bottom. The top of each toothbrush has 6 bunches of bristles and the top is about 3/10ths wide. According to the packaging, "Tapered head to easily clean difficult-to-reach places." I hope this helps.

Are the bristles super soft?

Yes, they are labeled Soft and seem to be similar to other toothbrushes in the Soft category. Not uniquely super-soft.
