Whilst these are a lower priced set of adjustable dumbbells, and you get what you pay for, they are decent for this end of the market. The design is clever in that each end unscrews and you insert the number of rods you want for the desired weight. It’s a good idea to use kitchen scales to get the right weight and not rely on the instructions. Easy to increase and decrease the weights but not during the exercise itself so a full set may be better if you are using different weights during a workout. Made of plastic they are easy to hold and don’t smash the kitchen floor tiles if you drop one! They are on the large size which means I’ve been able to add more weight and use one as a substitute kettlebell. Overall decent for the price.

The thing I don't like is that they engraved the company name in exactly the place you hold it and if you are holding it for sometime it becomes very uncomfortable/painful

Just starting to do some gentle weight exercises these provided the flexibility to change the weight resistance without buying x2 sets of weights.The clever system means you have x2 sets of weights in one. Pleasant to hold, look at, well made and good value for money and less clutter!!
