Good quality, however . . . .!
Quality is good and exactly what I was looking for; however, it fails to stop unauthorized use of the bibb because the stem sticks out above the collar so any pliers can be used to turn it on. Did not stop water theft!

Keep those kiddos out of the hose!
I used this with an adapter to make a removable toddler-proof hose connection on my house. Keeps the kids out of the hose and I can take it off easily once they get a little older.
