Finally got around to reviewing the air cleaner because of extra fee time on my hands. To this day it still works pretty good. The other air filter I had didn't have an auto on off feature like this one, and this one is set and forget. When it needs to clean the air it does.Things I don't like about it. The display is really bright at night and needs a feature to turn it a lot further down or off completely. I put a strip of black tape across it which solved the problem. Also the remote doesn't have any distance, perhaps just few feet so I never use it. The water tray is really small but I've never had to use it.Overall I'm still happy with this unit. At first I'd play around with the settings turning it on and off but over time I've learned it works just fine on auto so I never touch it. I just let it do it's thing.8/22/2023 Update. I still use it. Still use black tape to cover the lights at night. Still use a separate humidifier for humidity control. Still turns itself on when smells are detected.

Works great. I use in in auto mode every night. Stars out in high fan mode and after a few minutes stays in a quiet low mode for the remainder of the evening. I use distilled water to prevent scale and calcium build up. I fill the water tank about once every two to three days depending on the humidity. More often when we get the Santa Ana winds here in So Cal. During those dry windy times is the main reason I bought the purifier.I did put some tape over the led lights as there are many very bright LEDs. You can almost read by the light from the purifier. I use it in a small bedroom. Not to be too graphic but it is so sensitive that if someone (not pointing any fingers) passes gas in the room, the purifier kicks into high a moment later, so I assume the air purity sensor is very sensitive. Not sure that will make into the marketing brochure.Have yet to replace the filters, but I have vacuumed them after about three months and am going to try the sun treatment for them and se how that works.Manual is full of "chinglish" and needs a lot of work.

A really great machine especially if you are looking for an air purifier with an add-on humidifier. Very well made, easy to use machine. Did not have any issues with the user manual. The seller was also very helpful, and prompt and my unit arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus. Unfortunately I had to return the unit as I needed something more focused on humidifying my room, as I live in very cold weather & have forced heat. The seller IntelGadgets was very accommodating with the return process. I would recommend this product for a living area as opposed to a bedroom due to the lights on the display, although they are easily covered up with a thick piece of paper. It is a very quiet machine.

I purchased this after receiving a recommendation from a friend. The first one arrived broken. Upon plugging it in, it sounded like there was a wrench stuck in the fan blade and my husband quickly ran to unplug it. We returned it and ordered a second as a replacement. The second product kept getting delayed so our friend let us borrow theirs in the meantime. The “sleep mode” hardly turns off any lights so we had to put gaff tape over it to keep the room from being illuminated at night. The humidifier stopped working and instead leaked everywhere despite proper installation and all fittings in the right spot. It is the biggest waste of money ever. I quickly canceled our second order and ordered the more expensive but better quality sharp. The sharp functions well, has a larger water tank, is able to be pulled apart and cleaned and has easy-to-follow, thorough instructions. DO NOT BUY THE DREVAL. Splurge a little for the better quality Sharp

So, the air purifier component seems to be working very well. And it is very quiet. But the bright lights on the screen - blue, green, orange and a pulsating "tree of life" LCD sequence - forced me to move it from my bedroom to the living room, where it wouldn't disturb my sleep. And, as others have noted, the canister holding the water for the humidifier is so small that the effect on humidity levels is negligible. And the ultrasonic mist is directed towards the rear of the machine. so you really shouldn't place it too close to the wall. All told, poorly designed and not a true combo air purifier/humidifier. Look elsewhere (and let me know if you find something better!).

I liked my air purifier until I needed to get more filters. The first set was ok and when I ordered a new set from the manufacturer, they were built slightly bigger. Especially the black carbon one. I tried to call and emailed the manufacturer multiple times with no response. It was obviously was not the right fit and they were so unresponsive! This is absolutely not acceptable. I would not recommend anyone to buy this since the customer service is not existent. Seriously can you not return calls or respond to the emails! Very disappointed with this company and their non responsiveness.

This unit is very quiet and does a good job in our home. In my opinion, the reservoir for the Mist function should be larger. When full, it's lasting approximately 5-6 hours in the Auto mode. It would also be helpful to know what is considered the range of optimal humidity.

The humidifier tank is very small. I have to refill it twice a day. (I live in a high-desert ecosystem with forced air furnace.) Rated it low due to price vs. value. Would have preferred a better humidifier feature. I have it in a bedroom. Helps, but still expensive.
