I have used this product for more than 40 years and never been disappointed. Originally I purchased it to clear the urine and feces odors out of a cement laundry room floor the previous owners had not kept clean from their dogs. It took the years-long build-up of odor out on the first mopping. Since then, I have used it for general room odors from cooking and the like, for keeping cat's litter boxes clear from odor, sanitary pads I put in the bathroom waste basket to keep it odor-free, and whatever else I need to deodorize. A few years ago I had a new kitten who didn't know how to get downstairs to the litter box it's first night with me, who left a 12"+ diameter urine stain on my carpet. I soaked the carpet and padding with the X-O and the odor was completely gone. It has never left a stain on furniture or floors and the faint odor of the X-O dissipates quickly.

Back when I worked in the ambulance industry, we had some smells that we had to get rid of as you can imagine. I'm not sure how we got it but there was a small little sample bottle of this product in the ambulance one day when I was setting up the rig for the shift. Over the course of several weeks we use that bottle and I noticed that it worked fantastic.Right about that time I had an aging dog that was starting to have issues with bladder control. Certain parts of the house started to smell like dog urine. I went on to Amazon and bought a 1 gallon jug of this product and it worked miracles and it worked fast.I've even used it in the laundry when I found some nasty smelly clothes that had gotten forgotten in the trunk of a seldom used car. I don't use a lot of it. It is on the more expensive side but I use it when I really need miracles and it hasn't failed me yet.

Since the liquid is natural and plant based it is not as effective as the stronger odor neutralizer, but it is much safer to use.

I have used XO for years. When all else fails eradicating odors in and on various items and surfaces, this solution has always eliminated them (including sometimes cleaning up lingering smells after using the best cat odor solutions). I have used on selected hard and soft surfaces when washing, between carpet cleanings (use sensibly) and been very satisfied. The initial smell is a bit off putting to my nose but disappears; this is not the opinions of others.I have never purchased the product premixed in its own spray bottle until my last order. Big mistake! The bottle broke halfway through, necessitating a trip to the hardware store to purchase a much more durable spray bottle substitute. Save your time, aggravation and money and order the concentrate solution and durable spray bottle.

I am a HUGE fan of this product! I have not only used it on clothing, inside of my shoes, carpets; I have sprayed it in a pot of cabbage soup to take away the smell. It truly works. A co-worker gave me some tote bags that had a horrible smell; took them home, sprayed them & took them back to work to show her how the smell was gone. She was amazed! As soon as I hear someone talking about trying to get rid of odors, I recommend this to them. You will not be disappointed!!

product is advertised as neutralizing and not adding any scent but in truth the liquid has a strong odor that changes the smell of my house. Am now in the process of washing it off. Application was for my blinds, smoke damage for burning food.
