Terrible. Lumpy and small.
The pillow arrives flat, with air vacuumed out. Directions say to fluff it up. Did that, but the pillow remained lumpy and very small. I ordered a 24" pillow for a 24" pillow insert. The insert did not fill the pillow case. The stuffing of the pillow remained lumpy and uneven.

Save your money and go anywhere else. $20 bucks for this? Is this a joke. Flattest, unflattering pillow. Might be one of the biggest disappointing purchases on Amazon yet

Wish there was “zero” star rating
I must have missed reading the reviews on this item. Why Amazon deals with these types of sellers is beyond me. 18x18 doesn’t fill my 18x18 pillow cover. It was rolled up tight and a crease in the middle that took a while to smooth out. Very cheap, very thin pillow. Not plush at all. Noted the seller so I don’t make the mistake of purchasing from them again. Not worth 2 cents, let alone $30.00.

Pillow Fail.
Well that was a waste of 20 bucks. My fault for not reading the reviews. Don't buy. It is the opposite of what is advertised. Lumpy, flat, no back support. Horrid thing, I wouldn't call it a pillow.

Ugh I thought this was two pillows! Such a scam when you can buy two for this exact same price.
