How are these low in carbs if they are made of regular flour?

I wouldn't call the carb count in these tortillas low carb. But, because they have used other ingredients to keep the dietary fiber high, it lowers the carb count. Each one of the flavors is anywhere from 3-5 carbs, that pretty good for tortillas. They taste great also! Gail
