Mixtina - Moisturizing Sulfate Free Shampoo for Dry Curly Hair.

Love this product. I have wavy hair that often shows split ends and looks frizzy after I shampoo. But with mixtina, I have found that my hair, even if I blow-dry after the shower, remains silky and full-bodied--it's easy to run my fingers through and it does not have that dry, split-end feeling. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone with wavy or curly hair

I purchased Mixtina shampoo and conditioner. So far I really like it. My hair feels crazy soft and still clean. The product instructions also encourage you to be gentle, which I think is helpful.I am Asian-American and my hair has a loose wave to it. It can be really frizzy at times, and I have found that products for curly hair really tame it a lot. This is the best combination of a product that tames the frizz, cleans, and smells good. I have used Shea Moisture, Jesse Curl, and DevaCurl before.The smell is mild in comparison to other shampoos and conditioners. I feel indifferent to the actual smell, but it's mild enough where it doesn't matter.

I love how this shampoo cleansed my hair without stripping it. I used a lot of gel in my hair and had product buildup. This shampoo cleaned my hair and scalp very well. I love the how this smells too.

Lathers well and leaves my hair soft and mangeable, I used the shampoo and conditioner.

This product was sent for free (shampoo/conditioner) and was ask to review products.This is my honest opinion of these items. The conditioner did tame my frizz (in picture below I took a pic of my hair after shampooing as you can see in pic it's a little puffy and frizz in the next pic I added a little conditioner to hair and it lessen the puffiness and frizz I didn't apply a lot I just wanted ppl to note the slight difference with just a little amount used.i added more and it did help a lot.i think different hair texture would use more some less. my hair is on the dry side so I needed more.I did add a little oil after apply and nothing more.I twisted my hair to see how it would turn out .the next morning I took down only the front section (bangs) and it was not frizzy and the hair was soft and the twist out looked great. Good product I see they use some silicones (at bottom) in products also I will continue to use to see how result are after using products for a while. The conditioner has a very silky feel and I like the way it made my hair feel so easy to detangle and I like the definition my curls had after washing with shampoo/conditioning . The shampoo has a silky feel as well the smell I didn't care for it smell a little like chemicals (I can't deal with the scent it's very faint) The shampoo had my hair squeaky clean and soft ?I did a pre poo before apply shampoo so I don't know if that helped with stopping the dryness after I usually using most shampoo. I took pics of the ingredients which as a lot of words I can't even pronounce I like basic natural ingredients I will still continue to use shampoo (but this ingredients added looks like more of the milder ones used in tradition shampoo but it cleaned my hair well You can check there website on ingredients used in product to get more info that's what I'm going to check there website ( I'm review both products in this review)

I purchased a smaller size of this shampoo and conditioner, and had used it for a couple of weeks. I really liked it. Then, to my surprise, I got a huge "sample size" bottle of the "new formulation" of the shampoo and conditioner, and was asked to give my honest feedback on the product. Well, I liked the old product. And, after trying the new product, I LOVE the new stuff!!! I have difficult hair. I am Caucasian (Anglo-Saxon with roots from Germany, France, Denmark, and Ireland), and my hair is very, very curly, dry, and hard to manage. I have type 3a-b curls and very sensitive skin, so I have a hard time finding products that work with my hair and scalp. This stuff leaves my hair so soft and touchable. I use it with a little Moroccan oil, or some Oribe Gold Lust hair oil, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I will be buying this stuff again, and would highly recommend it for curlies. It is wonderful stuff. And, an added benefit, it's affordable!!!

The new Mixtina /multi-cultural shampoo and also the conditioner, are both great products. The scent is soft and not too floral, and the product itself has a good thickish consistency. You don't need a lot of product as it lathers well and leaves yourhair feeling clean but not stripped of moisture. I was drawn to mixtina initially because it is cruelty free and it was also the first sulfate and paraben free hair product I tried. My hair is quite curly if I let it dry naturally, otherwise it's wavy. These are great products and although I was offered a free bottle if I wrote a review ( good or bad) I will not accept it. I gladly endorse Mixtina because the products stand on their own merit. Two thumbs up for free enterprise.
