A Must Have Tactical Flashlight
I purchased 3 of these tactical flashlights because of the variable zoom lighting control, high intensely lights plus two emergency flashing light modes. It has a nice holder for the flashlight. It also comes with a back-up 3 AAA holder in the event your rechargeable battery is exhausted. You can purchase an additional rechargeable battery if you require another back-up. This item is very light and small enough to be placed in your vehicle or to carry in your pocket. It is worth every penny at a reasonable price. It is one of the best tactical flashlights out in the market.

Decent enough little flashlight.
Very good quality. Very bright for its size. Does fit a 1" rail mount. I didn't like the fact it takes 1 aa battery. I need better run time.

It bright and it works.
It is very bright and seems to be made of sturdy metal. I am an electrician and I use it to see in dark places around the factory and it works very well. I have not had it long enough to speak about it’s durability, but it seems strong enough. It’s a good deal for the money. I’m happy with the purchase.

Cheap EDC or gun light
Simply put: it's cheap, bright-ish and easy to power/use. Perfect for a decent EDC flashlight you don't worry about dinging up or spreading a couple out at home. It's no high output monster trying to start a brush fire one county over, but to light up a dark closet or storage unit it's perfect. The Didakay 2000s is most definitely "about 400% higher than 9 small LED flashlights" as per the description. That bar is admittedly low since even in the best examples those throwaway lights are around 30 lumens, which decreases as it heats up. I've included images showing the relative output with the same camera settings each time and included images of my 10-year old Terralux Lightstar 300 for comparison.I have my Didakay mounted on a 12 gauge "house" shotgun and after a couple trips to the range it's holding up fine. It's out of sight while aiming and isn't in the forend's way. The brightness levels are perfect for letting me see what I'm pointing at in the dark without ruining my own night vision. The strobe function is disorienting enough that anyone on the receiving end can't tell what the operator doing. I don't ever want to have to make use of the combination but it works well.edit-----------Two things:1) After more range time before going on a business trip I did experience one issue with the flashlight:The front-most part securing the lens came loose after a total of 45 shots through the shotgun. I noticed it rattling before it completely let go and losing the lens. Being cheap means alot of quibbles get forgiven, but be aware you may want to figure out all the parts that can screw and see where you want to use some threadlocker if you're putting it in a high-impact/high-force application.2) I'm not entirely sure where everyone is getting the idea of 2000 lumen output and 100000 hour run time on this thing. The "2000s" is a model name not its output as far as I can tell and the lamp rating is the lifetime rating of the LED, not the battery... But I can see where the confusion can come from, the description sure doesn't make it exactly clear.Although to be frank is anyone really thinking a flashlight that's <$10 and uses a single AA can output 2000 lumens for any appreciable time? For reference: a 5W, 6V Cree J-series 5050 emitter's datasheet (the description does not state what chip it uses) shows an average output of around 400 lumens @ 400mA and reaches an estimated output of about 880 lumens at its maximum current rating of 1A.You'd need two of those emitters, driven at 1A each and still not be at a combined 2000 lumens...Oh and you'd burn your hand holding such a small metal object (read: low thermal capacity) from all the waste heat at that current.

Arrived damaged, NOT "2000 lumens"
Totally, completely, NOT worth $10. I know I wasn't expecting -much- out of a light that uses a single AA battery, but I was still expecting way better than this. I've seen 150-lumen-rated single AA flashlights shine brighter than this "2000 lumen" light. AND my flashlight arrived with scrapes on the black finish (as shown in picture) and rusty on the inside (could not take picture). As much as I want my $10 back for this pitiful excuse of a flashlight, it's not worth that much hassle, so this review will hopefully help people STAY AWAY from this poor excuse for a flashlight.

Flashlights with unmatched performance
I like these little flashlights because they are very bright and are powered by a single AA alkaline battery. Others I have purchased with similar brightness, use 3 AAA batteries in a holder and if jarred they frequently fail to illuminate as the holder does not hold the batteries sufficiently securely. These never fail and have a longer battery life.

Not 2000 lumens.
It is not 2000 lumens. Maybe 200. And that is with a fresh battery. I have an 800 lumen bushnell pro, and after a year, it is still brighter then this flashlight. If you are looking for a compact and light flashlight, this is not a bad choice. Esp for the cost, my only real problem with it is the false advertising.

Great for taking the dog out.
Great little flashlight. I use it when I take my dog out at night. It fits perfectly in my jacket pocket, the light is very bright, It's easy to handle it and a doggy pick-up bag; it suits those needs perfectly. No more trying to use the flashlight on my phone and risking dropping it! We'll see how it holds up, but so far perfect.
