Nice quality ropes

I’ve owned boats ranging from 18’ to 21’ for over 15 years and have always used the standard 3-strand nylon lines because of their lower cost and ease of eye-loop splicing. Although 3/8” dock lines are perfectly adequate for boats in that size range, I usually opt for 1/2” lines because I think the larger diameter makes the line a bit easier to grab. These dock lines are my first experience with double braided lines, and I think I made a good choice with this brand. These look nice, are relatively soft and supple, and very easy on the hands. It’s also convenient that they already come with eye splices. I will be using one as a general purpose rope for a 10’ shallow water boat I recently purchased. This line is overkill when used as a dock line for such small boat, but it’ll be perfect for launching and pulling the boat back onto the trailer.Overall, these appear to be very high quality dock lines, and definitely a big upgrade from the 3-strand nylon lines I’ve been using. I look forward to using them on future outings.

I've had my current 15' dock lines for about 5 years now. They've gotten pretty frayed from getting caught on wooden dock posts and there were a few times they weren't quite long enough. The color also didn't really match my navy/white boat. I decided to grab these before the season so I can replace what I have now.Taking them out of the box I can tell they are an upgrade. They are thicker and longer. The ends are done much nicer. I can't wait for next month when I can put these on the boat. The color is an actual navy blue so they've match nicely. I only needed 3 but with the 4th I can have one in reserve. Now I just need boating season to start. Only one more month!When I get these on the boat and use them a few times I will come back and update the review. For now though, they look great out of the box.

I replaced the lines on my six thousand pounds, 25-foot sailboat every few years. These are by far the best quality I've gotten. The splice loops are professionally done and the whipped ends show great attention to detail. The double braid is comfortable in the hands. Highly recommend these lines.

These work great. Strong, tough and durable. They look great as well. Excellent quality. Nice set of 4, and they come in quality carry bag for easy transport or storage. Top quality.
