Works well, but expensive for what you get.

In combination with coffee, this product of Japan has had a significant health impact. I definitely recommend implementing it into anyone’s diet. I put it into my powdered fiber. In combination with cinnamon and beet powder.

I'm not able to confirm that the inside of the package actually contains aluminum foil, but it's metallic looking and I'm assuming aluminum. I don't see a place here to ask a question to try and find out. If aluminum and maybe even if another metal, if toxic, would defeat the purpose of taking this for health purposes that would include brain health, but at the same time possibly causing harm due to the aluminum from the packaging. I hope the company will consider their packaging and change it to a healthy alternative. The outside seems to be made out of a paper product and not sure why the inside has to be lined with foil. I wish I knew for sure what is on the inside because this seems to be a good product and easy to use. The only thing that would make it easier would be if it came in capsule form. It also appears to be a good company that wants to put out a quality product. I don't intend to continue using this due to the lining, but will check back periodically to see if it has been changed.

I bought this product and used it al . When I was done I ordered Natto by a different company. I didn’t like it as much plus it had sugar in it, so am happy with my original purchase.
