Great bed very solid and delivery was great as they brought into house the only down side is the instructions are a bit misleading lucky enough I’m a carpenter by trade so worked it out on my own so read them them first but other than that nice bed

Great bed for a teen who is now taller than his mother and therefore needed a bed upgrade. He loves the bed.Having read the reviews we were prepared for it to be a challenge to put the bed together - and it was. Set aside a couple of days :) But we got there in the end and it was worth it.

took 6-8 hours to make, made a few mistakes could have done it much faster. just organise the pieces before you start, read through the intructions a few times before hand. Put it together myself, two people will make it much easier to hold the longer heavier piece. bed is sturdy for my use, may have to whack some joins to secure them properly as they are very tight.

The product itself seems OK but it has the worst assembly instructions I've ever seen. No diagrams, just a few photos that don't show the orientation of parts with limited explanation. Be sure to read the instructions carefully, so you don't get caught out by "...this step needs to be done at the same time as the previous step...", and check the measurements - the position it gave for the ladder support was way off.That said, once it was finally assembled it looked OK.

My over 6ft teenage son can fit comfortably in this bed as long as he doesn't sit up. This is something he has learned the hard way but I wasn't prepared to cut a hole in ceiling. I did suggest he strap a pillow to his head. He would have preferred the hole in the ceiling though as his room is directly under the kitchen and he was hoping I would just drop his food directly into his mouth negating the need for him to get his lazy backside up and walk up the stairs. He has created some kind of gaming troll cave underneath (again he has learned the hard way not to stand straight up when screaming at the player who just killed him). Mind You, I was hoping that the concussion might knock the power of articulate speech back on but alas this has not happened yet.

Delivery consisted of two parcels but courier only delivered one, supplier chased up courier to get second one delivered. Emailed supplier who responded very quicklyAssembly brochure is easy to follow and parts are colour coded for ease of identification, high sleeper firm when assembled and plenty of room for an adult

Good bed a bit flimsy but you can make it work. My daughter loves it.
