Batteries wrapped in cuff. Works well.
Product description said it came with 4 batteries. I bought 10 to use at a clinic event, and was very confused because when I opened the boxes, there appeared to be no batteries, so I went out and bought 40 batteries. It wasn't until we went to use them and unfolded the cuffs did we find the batteries were rolled inside. Weird decision. LOL Now I have LOTS of AAA batteries. But the cuffs worked well for the whole clinic. Each cuff did about 150 blood pressures without needing a battery change.

Check your order asap to make sure its correct.
They sent the wrong size arm cuff it was supposed to be large they sent a medium so I am unable to use the product it seems like it works though.

Nice and accurate
Just received. Tried it a couple of times. Easy to put on arm. Seems to be accurate. So far so good.

Used stretched up
The media could not be loaded. I dislike the product because it's showing that it look like it's being used and they sold it to me as new so I am very unsatisfied with it due to the screen and the scrapes on it

Small, Quiet, and Very Convenient
This machine was very convenient and easy to use. Everything that you need to get started is already included. It even comes with the batteries. I liked that the battery cover does not require a screwdriver to insert the batteries. You can simply pop off the back cover and insert the batteries.I found the machine to quiet and not overly loud as some machines are. In addition to this, the machine seems to be very accurate, and the readings that I got from this machine are very close to the readings that I get from the doctor's office when I have my blood pressure taken there. Overall, it seems to work really well!

Bad product
The first one I ordered did not work. The pump would not turn on it would click and then then display an error code that was not in the user manual. The second one I received was used it was covered in scratches and was dirty the batteries are already installed I could tell because the device was on when I opened the box.
