I don't care for the wrist mounts at all. I do however like the head mount and the chest mounts for when I am hiking.

I used every single one of the harnesses in my recent trip to the bahamas. The one i used the most was the wrist strap. Everyone asked where I got it from since they were used to only seeing a chest strap or head strap. The wrist strap was great because I went down several waterslides and the head mount would have set the camera up too high and I wouldnt have seen the footage going down the slide only the top of the slide since my head had to be back. the whole time.
