4 Bottles, Newport + Home Hand Soap, 2 Rosemary Mint, 2 Wild Lavender 16oz, Infused with Essential Oil, By Home & Body Co

First time ordered I ordered the product, 1 bottle broken. Returned for a replacement. 2 days later, right on schedule, the replacements showed up, and all 4 busted. (The first time they had a token bit of padding, second time it was just a box of glass within a big box. Because, you know, physics is probably one of those 'fake news' things. Of course Amazon makes you 'return' which is loads of fun when it's soapy, shattered glass. Luckily, cuts are superficial and I have some good tweezers I got on Amazon (not from this seller, thank goodness) and I should be able to get the tiny, sharp shards out from my awesome smelling and and clean fingers. They can have the glass and the soap pumps back, unfortunately, most of the soap is probably on my Rural route carrier's floor boards. As you can see in the pic, my cat was impressed, which made one of us.

The glass bottles of soap were not protected very well. Surprised more bottles didn't break! One bottle broke and you can tell from the pictures. Will try to get a refund.

One bottle arrived broken and coated everything shipped in box.... Need to better package these as they are glass. To messy to deal with returning over one bottle broken. Soap smells great leaving one star over packaging.

this is great soap - I have used it many times. this time half the bottles were shattered so the soap I received ended up costing me double. suggest better packaging for glass bottles

Upon receving this item, I was very upset to find that my entire prodcut came damaged. The hand soap was not protected very well. The glass bottles were broken which led the soap to spill out everywhere.
