There are a lot of complaints raving this product and others that completely hate them. I personally love them! I got Invisalign aligners a little over a week ago. I was provided elastics that were latex from my orthodontist. I liked the idea that these were clear, and they really are very hard to notice. In terms of stretch, I noticed that they felt pretty similar in strength to the latex ones provided to me. Like others, I change my elastics frequently, since I take the aligners out everytime I eat. Maybe that's why I feel like they are similar and strength to my latex ones. I mean, the latex bands will be all stretched out after wearing them overnight as well. So I'm fully expecting these to stretch out also after a few hours, but by then I'll be ready to change them out anyways since I'll probably be eating. I gave this product five stars though mostly because they really are very inconspicuous.

I was running low on the 3M Unitek elastics my orthodontist provides. I saw these on Amazon, and I was sold on the fact that they are non-latex and "clear". That is definitely a plus because they are indeed less noticeable as other reviewers have mentioned. However, the 3M elastics, which are also medium, provide much more tension than these non-latex elastics. They are both 3/16", both medium, but the difference is obvious.

Well, the package and bag says clear but I received a bag full of colorful bands. Nothing like an adult in a professional career wearing rainbow bands on their teeth because people aren’t paying attention to labeling... and returns are running so slow, there’s nothing to do about it. It is what it is.

Had to be replaced often. Ate with these on my braces, breaks every time.
