4/29/22 SO IM 5'6 " I STARTED AT 155 POUND.. I ORDERED A MED I FOUND IT FIT VERY WELL NOT TO TIGHT BUT NOT TO LOOSE, AND BOY DOES IT MAKE YOU SWEAT.. SO NOW IM AT 140 AND THE MED IS A LITTLE BIG SO I ORDERED A SMALL ITS OK BUT A LITTLE TO TIGHT FOR AN ALL DAY WEAR.. ALSO I FIND THE TOP BAND IRRITATING BUT FOR ME I JUST FLIP THE TOP ONE TIME AND FEELS BETTER AND IT DOESNT SLIP/ SLIDE DOWN.. THE BOTTOM SITS NICLY ON MY PANTIES SO IT DOESNT RUB. I HOPE THIS HELPS AND GOOD LUCK ON YOUR GET IN SHAPE ADVENTURE..

I bought a size down. It's a little tight at beginning, but a little loose after a few times use. But it still works for me. No Sweet that much when I exercise, but it keeps my stomach tight. I like it has 2 pcs, so I can use them in turns when the other one is still wet. I use it as my tummy control when I don't exercise, since it's thin. Good buy.

Definitely not made for individual with hips. Will not go over my hips order a large and way to small. Absolutely No stretch. Waste of money

I literally cannot describe how amazing this is I've been using it for about 3 months or so and It has helped me sweat so much it literally leaks down my pants from the back when im working out it is amazing and I will definitely buy more when the time comes I got a medium so it would fit tight and the first few times I had to wear it yes it was a huge struggle but I got it on I haven't had any issues with it rolling and when i work out and run or do zumba IT DOES NOT ROLL IT STAYS COMPLETELY IN PLACE ! I've had huge success when I started using this and I've gone from a 12 to a size 8 and my mid section has been reduced immensely it is my necessity when working out. And I dont work out without it after your work out when you go to take it off push your hips back and your chest forward so the sweat that is accumulated in there won't get on your clothes when it drips to the ground. Definitely recommend

If your curvy it definitely rolls up. I was so excited to get it and try it out, but it annoys the hell out of me. It will not stay and any small move I make, it becomes bunched up on my stomach. With that being said I still tried to wear it to the gym. It didn’t make me sweat the way I was hoping it would.

I have 10 of these as I workout almost every day. I put Sweet Sweat on first. They don’t show under most workout tops and if I wear a sports bra I just put a tank on over it. Easy to wash on delicate and hang up to dry. I DO sweat more with this on. My sweat drips off it when I remove it. I’m not heavy but getting a little thick through my middle and I definitely notice a difference in how my stomach looks after an hour workout of wearing this than if I don’t. Recommend.
