I ordered 2 sizes down & wear this under my waist trainer & it definitely builds up the sweat while working out. Just wearing it without any physical activity really isn’t going to do much. Get active & watch that belly melt away. Fyi it will stretch after use but nothing major.

These worked but they were way to big.

This product does not work. I do not sweat even with a heavy workout and it roll up at the back and come down from the top of the back/bra strap area. Not worth the purchase

This product lost some of its shape after several uses. Buy I still use it with my waist trainer.

I do feel you can sweat heavy but it can get loose in your belly.

This waist trimmer is so light but helps to sweat. I love my trimmer and it works so well. I wish I had brought this before!!!!

Easy way to keep your mind section warm and help remind you to sit straight really!! I love these things!! I do recommend!! Btw I’m 5’5” tall and 180 and got a Large and it fits perfect
