Grass Fed Beef Organs (Desiccated) — Liver, Heart, Kidney, Pancreas, Spleen

Every 3 months I get my bloods taken to review my biomarkers. Whilst I had no underlying issues or deficiencies, the Beef Organ supplement made no impact to my biomarkers. Furthermore, there was no perceived difference to how I felt during this time; no difference to energy levels, performance or noticeable positive effects. It is possible that this may be beneficial taken over a longer time period, or to those with specific vitamin/mineral deficiencies.

Great value, very effective, no side effects

I honestly don't think you could buy a better multivitamin if you tried. In the past year, I have become very intrigued by the ancestral wisdom of "like supports like" along with gaining the knowledge of how including organs in your diet could be one of the best things you'll ever do. It's amazing how those of us in the modern western world has become so detached from the foods that gave our ancestors such dense nutrition. The foods that played a key role in our evolutionary history. We don't have to completely go back to the way our ancestors lived just to seek peak human health but then again there's a lot we can learn to approve our modern lives. Exercise and nutrition will always be key, but how we exercise and what we put into our bodies has been made out to be so complicated today that for many it's just too much of a chore. The truth is things couldn't be simpler if you apply some basic ancestral living to your lifestyle. I believe that the grass-fed beef organs from Ancestral Supplements are a good place to start when it comes to nutrition. Simply because it is the most packed source of nutrients. Seriously when you get reading into the nutrients in organs, especially the liver, you will understand why this is by far a better supplement than any multivitamin on the market. I would recommend eating fresh organs but for many of us who had never eaten them before we find the taste to be a little too intense. Although I do like Oxheart, getting liver into my diet is a working progress. I also find that outside of the usual heart, liver, and kidney, the other organs are not easy to come by. Nose-to-tail nutrition may be the key to optimum health but can be a challenge for many to get the necessary parts so therefore this company can provide an excellent service. I notice two things very quickly after taking the beef organs. One was what felt like a more sustained and cleaner source of energy. I still enjoy a cup of coffee but I don't like to see it as a necessary source of energy that I need to keep me going. For many, it is, but for me, it's purely an enjoyment. Organ nutrition is a far better source of energy that you won't get withdrawal symptoms from if you suddenly stop consuming them (unlike caffeinated drinks). The energy I gained from this supplement was also more sustainable as I would maintain energy levels in the mid-afternoon section of the day where sometimes I'd feel tired (in need of another caffeinated drink). So in terms of energy levels and immune system functioning, I'd say this is a fantastic supplement. One thing else I also noticed which I wasn't actually expecting was an improvement in my oral health. Of course, I didn't think that the nutrients in these organs (particularly the liver) would have benefits for your teeth, but then again, of course it would. Your mouth is one of the first places that will signal to you whether your diet is healthy. I did also have bone broth on a daily routine so I think in collaboration with that my teeth had greatly benefited. I would notice a lot less plaque build-up on my teeth. So you never know with a supplement like this, you might notice improvements to your health that you weren't expecting. I would say to anyone interested in buying this supplement to please follow the safe guideline of consumption. Start on a low dosage and slowly work your way up to the recommended dose of six pills a day. I found for a while that I couldn't go above four as it would trigger some uncomfortable pains in my chest if I was not active. I know a lot of people will come to these supplements in seek of healing themselves from an auto-immune disease and if that's the case, I would highly recommend that you reach out to Brian who is very good at offering advice on what to take when it comes to your condition. Brian recommended me the Lamb Thymus for my skin allergy and histamine problems as well as the Beef Brain. I will have to write a later review on those supplements as I'll have more to say. I have had the Thymus, but not the Brain yet although I'm currently trying the Blood Vitality as this is one I've personally had my eyes on for a while now. This is only really the beginning of my journey into trying these organ supplements as there is so much more I want to experiment with, but for now, it's looking good. Now, these are pricey supplements, but you are getting a source of nutrients that very few other supplement companies can offer. There are also not very many other companies that can offer such a variety of desiccated organs that Ancestral does. That and the organs come from grass-fed/grass-finished cattle which is the way it should be for optimum health.

I was introduced to Ancestral Supplements through my daughter Tiffany a bit over a month ago. I did my research on the company and their supplements and was so impressed I ordered 4 of their supplements which I mention below. I cannot believe how well we are doing great on Ancestral Supplements!!! First thing I noticed was my brain fog lift, more calmness, deep sleep, vivid dreams. I don’t wake up achy anymore. I used to wake up with my neck and shoulders stiff always! I was constantly making trips to my chiropractor because of the constant pain. Not anymore! My stamina is even better. For me, besides the severe digestive issues I’ve suffered all my life, my other big issue has always been my energy. I have worked with different practitioners throughout the years and it’s always the same. I start to feel better but the energy is NEVER what it should be. There would be good days and tired days. Never consistent energy. Even working with a practitioner I was working with recently and taking all the expensive supplements I was taking, I felt better to some extent, but the energy issue was still the same, brain fog, achiness and so forth. With your supplements I noticed a significant difference within the first few days! I knew there were issues with my Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder because they had come up on my testing but though they had me on targeted support for them I didn’t feel like I feel now. The supplements I was previously taking felt like just supplements which provided some support whereas your supplements have felt like nourishment & true healing because I feel like I’m coming alive! From your product line I have been taking Liver, Bone & Marrow, Beef Organs & Tallow. Recently I added Pancreas for digestive enzyme support which has been great for that & Trachea especially since I’ve been dealing with illness for so long. I noticed when I added Trachea, this nagging pain I always had in my abdomen area, under my breastbone and between my ribs, finally went away. Not sure what it did but it was a good thing for it to be finally gone. My husband has been taking the same as me plus MOFO. It took him a little longer than me to feel the effects but of course he hadn’t been dealing with the health issues I have been dealing with for so long, but he was definitely needing targeted support in certain areas. He too is now having vivid dreams, doesn’t wake up achy, has more stamina and also, no more brain fog. It’s incredible what quality nutrition can do to the body. Our bodies NEED nourishment. It doesn’t get any better than Ancestral Supplements. I really appreciate the amazing Customer Service as well. One thing I will mention because I see this a lot in the reviews. When you choose a specific product, go to the Ancestral Supplements website and read all the info on that product. Educate yourself on it. On every supplement you will read the importance of STARTING SLOW. Most people don’t realize that their lymphatic system may be sluggish & their detox pathways may not be working properly. This was the case with me so when I first started working with a practitioner, we worked for months on getting those detox pathways open. These supplements work unlike anything I’ve ever taken but you will NEED TO GO SLOW at first. Be patient and start with 1 capsule for a week then go to 2 the next week and so forth until you get to your desired dosage. Even at one capsule you will possible notice a slight headache, tiredness, nausea and so forth. Again, as Brian has mentioned before, this is a sign that your detox pathways are opening up and doing their thing. Some of your symptoms may get worse temporarily before they get better. This has been the case with me in the past. When taking the Ancestral supplements, even at 1 capsule a week, I’ve dealt with minor discomforts but again, I’ve been dealing with health issues for many years so this is expected when you’re trying to heal. BE PATIENT, it will get better. If you have never worked with a practitioner before, you may even have to start with 1/2 capsule to begin with and that’s ok. Since starting on the ancestral journey less than a month ago I've noticed some awesome affects; Fat is beginning to melt away - even the old bad fat on the belly and chest I was never able to shift! Eyelashes and eyebrows have started growing again (lost these following radiotherapy over a decade ago), muscles have grown a little bit but the muscle I do have feels better and stronger, my skin feels more alive and silky smooth - all in less than a month!! I'm sure there will be lots more healing going on inside my body and I'm looking forward to getting back to my best and making the most of life! A good friend came for a visit a few weeks ago looking tired and worn out from work and other stresses, like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders. I sent him the liver + bone and marrow soon after. He came to see me a few days ago and was looking more like his old self - better colour, strong, positive and vital. What a difference! From now on everyone I meet who needs help will be recommended Ancestral Supplements. I've tried a lot of things over the last few years with varying results but nothing has brought as many undeniable benefits as these supplements. Not even close. The first week on the organs as well as the bone marrow (I bought both) has been very hard but hopeful! The first 3-4 days brought nausea, chills, hot flashes, and exhaustion. I was very glad that Brian from Ancestral Supplements enclosed the information about possible initial side effects because, otherwise I would have thought the supplements were bad and I would have stopped taking them. However, after the second day, I noticed the pain in my knees, hands and fibromyalgia was slightly less and I slept better than I had in years. Each day, I was in slightly less pain. By day 4 the nausea subsided, by day 6 the chills stopped. Today is day 7 and I woke up with no fibromyalgia pain and much less brain fog than usual. I have been sleeping all through the night and dreaming, which I haven't done for years. I am still feeling exhausted though and very emotionally fragile and weepy. I attribute this to the detoxification that is going on. I live in Staten Island and travelled into Manhattan today by ferry and then subway. The escalators were broken but for the first time in years, I was able to go up the stairs without sharp pains in my knees. I have been taking just one tablet of each the beef organs and bone marrow per day, however, I also started taking one scoop of Great Lakes hydrolysate collagen powder from grass fed cows per day, as well as one capsule of Nordic Naturals cod liver oil and one capsule of organic cold pressed coconut oil per day. I started all of these supplements at the same time, because I had really reached a point of crisis. I just couldn't get out of bed to take care of my children one morning and so I spent the day researching about what to do and decided to order all of those supplements. After I went through a year of chemotherapy, a bilateral mastectomy and radiation treatment 10 years ago, I tried all sorts of supplements but my body did not react well to them at all and I think they did me more harm than good, so after a couple of years of trying everything, I finally swore off all supplements and decided to follow a strictly organic vegetables, dairy and fruits, low sugar, no artificial preservatives or additives, grass fed meat and wild caught fish diet. This helped me to keep going for a while but my body was still deteriorating. I am very thin and always hungry. For the past 6 months I have had mild diarrhea as well. So I finally decided to give supplements one more try but this time just very high quality food based supplements....no vitamin or mineral supplements because I did horribly on them before. I am amazed by how quickly my body has turned around this week! I am going to up my dose of organs and marrow to two capsules per day starting tomorrow. Eventually, I might stop taking the collagen to see if that is helping my joints or if it is the organs and marrow alone that is making the difference but I am getting such great results right now, that I don't want to mess with anything. This past week, my diarrhea has subsided and I am not feeling as hungry anymore and do not need to eat as much to maintain my weight (115 lbs and 5'4"). ***It is now a week later since I started this review and my condition continues to improve. I have a great deal more energy, my sadness and exhaustion have disappeared and I am feeling very happy and full of energy. I continue to sleep deeply and soundly at night. I also have to say that Brian, who runs Ancestral Supplements has promptly answered a few questions that I emailed him about and has been so wonderfully encouraging and kind. I am really very impressed and grateful to Brian for putting his heart and soul into helping people regain their health.

Ancestral Supplements (AS) provides a vital force and healing that gets myself and my wife back to our essence. We have both tried top grade supplements (including traditional Chinese medicine tonic) from several manufactures that do not contain fillers, are organic, etc., but the AS supplements are so superior. They help myself and my wife to put our lives back in order, prioritize things that matter, and overall restore our essence as we are ever changing and evolving in the process. The Trachea has been a wonderful product to resolve/reduce a very peculiar ailment I have been living with for over a decade, where my central nervous system (CNS) becomes inflamed and it causes me to have anxiety, confusion, and lack of clarity (to name a few). The Trachea brings down my inflammation, and clears up my vision as well. Also, because it reduces inflammation, it puts me in a better mood. I also recently started taking the Collagen. The Collagen is far superior to any collagen I have taken before. This not has not only taken away the stiffness in my right knee (from all the running and biking I do), but has helped my entire body to move more freely, whereas bending down to pick up 50 or so toys a day is easy! The collagen also appears to help my mood and decrease muscle recovery time as well. I feel more flexible emotionally and mentally in taking the trachea and the collagen. I recently started taking the heart, and have noticed I don’t have the hankering for caffeine like I used, and within a couple of days in taking the heart, I am way more sensitive to the caffeine, most likely due to an increase in energy. Also, I don’t feel the craving for caffeine like I used to, which is good thing for me in having an addiction reduced. Also, I am able to hold a thought better, and construct my point of view in a greater stride. I like the beef organs, as it covers the constellation of nutrients with feeding many of our essential organs. As for my wife, she has suffered with chronic fatigue for several years, and in just a couple of days of taking the Bone Marrow, Beef Organs, Heart, and Collagen, she not only appears to be much more alert, but she is able to organize and handle the tasks of the day much more easily. She is in a much better mood, and more up-beat (in a good way) when she talks to our children. She overall appears to be much happier in moving forward with the day, and it shows. With her vibrant personality coming back, I find myself engaging more with her. I typically try out a lot of different supplements, and my wife gets upset with me regarding the amount of money I spend; however, with these supplements, the price has not been a topic with her. She says that she feels like her old vibrant self from 10+ years ago, and that notion in itself according to her, is priceless. The AS supplements make myself and my wife feel better in every way. We feel happier and have more strength emotionally, physically, and even spiritually (in seeking to do the good). We are more grounded with the day and patient with ourselves and others. Also, we feel more resilient to handle the stresses of day, and maintain a flexibility that no matter what the outcome is, it’s going to be okay. I know these characteristics may sound lofty or over-the-top, but they are all true. It’s great to have a product that works so well, where I don’t feel I need to keep seeking for the next best thing to resolve my ailments and/or increase vitality, and they work for by myself and my wife. I could go on and on with all the positives of these supplements…. I also appreciate the thoughtful customer service from Brian. I can’t imagine all the energy he must put into his customers, having seen all the raving reviews. But he deserves the utmost compliments for making the world a better place to live in by assisting with the healing energy of the AS supplements and his thoughtful care.
