Im not sure why but since i started taking these i have not had a period!!!

Brilliant product that is a great pre conception supplement, I was looking for something to help with my symptoms of PCOS, in particular problems with insulin resistence which strong food cravings and mood swings, and after taking it for a couple of weeks I am very pleased to say that there has been a noticeable difference,felt great, notable reduced sugar cravings. I was keen to try these as the NHS is notoriously terrible for treating women with my condition, and I was repeatedly denied metformin. Several women in my Cysters Fitness group mentioned these so I was keen to give it a go.100% worth the money.

I decided to try these, along with my usual vitex tablets, to try and regulate my periods as they're really irregular. It may or may not be a coincidence, but the period I had after a few weeks taking these capsules was lighter and less painful than usual. It remains to be seen if this will continue as I keep taking them going forward.

My cycle is returning to normal after taking these, I have horribly irregular and long periods and I've had a regular period less than a week long after taking these. Will definitely continue to take these.
