These are wonderful and sturdy. I put all my product warranty and sales slips in them. I use an individual one for each purchase and mark with file folder label. Great for RV too.

Love these. They are a clean and easy way to organize coupons and it tucks perfectly between my car seat and the center console so I always have them on me—it's made remembering to take things with me much easier. Sturdy and a good zipper.

The product description is misleading, and I base all my reviews off of the accuracy of the product description and pictures as compared to the actual product. The actual product, in this case, will not protect your documents from moisture. At the closed end of the zipper, the is a non-trivially sized gap in the seal that will easily allow moisture to penetrate the seal. The description said "...protect your documents from... moisture." It would, however, protect your documents from a quick bit of rain or something, but it certainly won't seal out moisture (which comes in small bits). The rest of the description is accurate, however, I purchased the product for its moisture protection.

In my efforts to re-organize paperwork, I needed "file folders" that would keep some of the papers dust free. These zip envelopes are perfect and keep information together no matter the size of paper, because of it's zipper. Nothing falls out even if you have to grab the file to take it with you. I couldn't find these in the stores and if anything similar was available it would be at the regular price $5.99! I paid $10.51 for a packet of 5 of these on Amazon and with free ship, it makes the purchase a bargain tough to beat. Strong material, 1" expansion, secure closing - I couldn't be happier. I purchased these to hold papers and stickers, however 2 of them will not close. The zipper par will not clasp to close them

I got these envelopes to provide better protection for important documents (e.g., letters of recommendation, diplomas and degrees, SS card, etc.). They will provide better protection, but as you might guess from the cheaper pricing (I got mine for 14.89), they are not the best quality.To discuss some of the highlighted features:• Yes, the poly is tough enough for common wear and tear.• The zipper is cheap, does not close all of the way, and is not tough enough for regular use. While I was testing the advertised 1-inch capacity for the envelope, the zipper stopped working properly (would not seal as commonly seen in these type of zippers), and this was a little under the 1-inch capacity. With that said, it is easy enough to go behind the zipper and snap it shut yourself. I took off one star from the rating because of the cheap zipper and debatable description for capacity.• It is water resistant, as described, but not waterproof if that is what you want. The envelope will keep minor water spills and moisture off the documents, but the zipper does not close all of the way, and the bottom corners of the envelope are slightly open. This means you cannot submerge the envelopes and expect the contents to stay dry. These will not protect from water disasters like flooding and even carrying these envelopes in the rain might get them wet if by chance water got to the zipper or corners (e.g., holding the envelope in a manner exposing these areas or dropping the envelope on a wet road).--It is curious to note that the packaging does not advertise the envelopes to be water resistant but the amazon page does. Never the less, most of the issues are not an issue of advertising, but just an issue of making sure you read the description closely and do not have high expectations for cheap products.The photographs show the packaging (front and back), the zipper (small opening it leaves, start, and end), the open corners, failed 1-inch capacity for the zipper (slightly under 1-inch stack of 8.5x11), easy fit of one or a small amount of 8.5x11 paper, and a max size to hold of 12 inches long due to the zipper. I hope these images help, and I will update this if anything else comes up.

What else is there to say?? The quality is very good, and they look great. I purchased to keep recipes. I just don't care to keep everything online.. I still enjoy having some hard-copy recipes to tote and touch. Love the sheerness so I can peek at contents. Also, the paperwork is more protected than with your basic cardboard type folders. I just make a label, and I'm all set.. I'm sure other OCD types like myself will enjoy, ha
