So comfortable and stays in place with the sturdy strap. I have a metal plate in my neck and this is a must when I’m driving.

Great but too big for me
I was a little worried as some of the reviews said this was small. However I found it to be a little too big for my comfort. It sticks out a little too far on the seat and I have to struggle to make it comfortable for me. Other than that great value for the money.

Great for long drives!
Awesome product, I drove from Texas to Cali, a 15 hour drive, and my neck was killing from the long drive. When I was in Cali I purchased this product and no neck pain after the drive back! This is essential for long drives.

Good product
The product is very nice. The shape fits the shoulders, neck and head, however if the part that fits the neck was a little thicker it would be better.

Pillow body and straps are too short for my gaming chair
I have a Secret Lab Titan XL gaming chair and this pillow's straps and size are too small for it. It sits too high on the chair not reaching where my head is. It needs to be at least 4" longer and the straps need way more adjustment.As it it now I'm afraid I'm going to break the seams trying to get this thing to come down to where I need it. I might just send it back and try another pillow.

Super comfy and totally supportive.
These are really perfect! Super comfortable, firm, supportive and still non-obtrusive whether on a short drive or road trip. I picked up 4 for both front and back headrests. Looks great!

Defective
Pillow is nice. BUT, I ordered one and the strap broke! I returned it and ordered another as I did like the pillow. Well had that one less than 6 months and it broke as well today (8/11/2025)! There was no stress on the strap either.
