No. The four toothbrushes are packed in individual boxes.

Of course you CAN; but, after a bit, I think you'd ruin the brush. Wondering why you'd want to chew on it??? If you're hoping to get some flossing from it, you can sort of work it in between your teeth better than a soft/medium toothbrush. For optimal flossing, try those little picks that look like bottle brushes (sorta, kinda)-if flossing was the reason you wanted to chew on it, that is.
