I got this book for my IR away rotation and I highly recommend it! Focus on the indications/contraindications and the complications of the procedure, it seems like that's what they expected medical students to know. They also offer an e-book version which was a great option as well.Get this book lol

Great for a step-by-step rundown of every procedure that I've come across. If just starting in IR, the 'Survival Guide' is a good book for the basics. The two books together and you'll be unstoppable.

This is a great book however, the print is impossibly small and much of the content is online. Content wise, it’s excellent. Ease of reading and accessing the added material reduces it by a star.

As a tech, this is the best thing that helped me pass the VI boards. Well that, and a lot of on the job training.

Most of the book has an e-book component which I was not aware of but has been very helpful while at work so I can access it on my phone. This book was recommended to me by all the Interventional Radiology doctors I work with and so far has been very helpful.
