Solid
Like that it's solid and does what needed. Would I buy again if needed, YES!

Needed some work to make it work.
I'm giving overall only 4 points because the head did not want to turn left or right. I had to remove the little in the middle under the swivel head. Then I had to brake it free top and bottom piece. I'm guessing some type of threadlock was used on the screw and flued the two pieces together. After doing so I reassembled the pieces and know it swivels and turns. And it's not a ball head either, but will work for what i need it.

Little hard to tight the screw under the screen but not a big deal.

Bad quality
I've ordered these things on 2 separate occasions and the coldshoe slide has been crooked on both of them. It probably wouldn't be an issue if I was using this for lights or even a monitor, but the fact that I add an iPad on top of my camera rig to record, and I have to tilt it downward, makes this adapter unusable because it would tilt to the right instead of forward.
