I wear 38 size shirt but a size S on jockey vests. My size would translate to a M on the jockey chart on the amazon page. I have been using these vests for a long time and they tend to loosen up a bit after 4-6 months. So a smaller size is definitely the way to go. Also, in process they don't end up hanging up loose when you wear shirts that fit well! I was recommended this size by the local retailer I used to purchase Jockey from. I switched to buying Jockey online (Cloudtail my saviour!) since the local retailers haven't kept any stock recently since Jockey pulled back their stock due to GST! Anyway, there are many more options online. Damn, I'm buying underwear online now!

We have been buying Jockey vest and brief though offline but for the first time bought from online platform. Quality is same means good but little issue with size. Vest seems one size bigger. Otherwise fabric, colour, comfort is same. You can definitely give a try.
