Great mouse but I noticed that if I am behind a wall it wont work.. But much further line of sight it works. Soooooo.... Why I got this was because the computer was in a different room only separated by a wall and 5 feet away.. But I took the mouse 20 feet away in the same room and it works. This should have worked unlike a infrared type transmitter.. The mouse is almost full size but not quiet which is not a problem for my small hands but would be for the average male hands. Since I have not used it long enough I dont know the battery life and it uses a single 1.5V AA battery. It is not heavy and feels like a normal standard wired mouse most of the time. I was worried about it working on a slow laptop, as when busy the mouse lock would miss but here it still seems to stay stuck when dragging windows and such. Works as well as a wired mouse but not for what I wanted. I will see if I can convert it to a USB mouse.. Since I like the shape and handling..

I have been using this mouse for a couple of weeks now and it is great so far! It fits nicely in my hand and it works on all surfaces that I've tried it on so far. I turned on my laptop on the bed and used it on the sheet and it worked just fine. The color is nice, the scrolling wheel works well, and it has a nice click (kind of on the loud side). I needed a better wireless mouse after an older cheap one died, and this was a great purchase!

Although I'm right handed, I use my mouse with my left hand. That way I can "click" with my left and hit my keyboard "enter" key with my right!

Everyday use.

Works fabulously on any surface with no delay. Battery last FOREVER. I've been using it for over a month now and haven't replaced the battery once. I don't have to carry my mousepad around with me either, it works even on my couch or binders or whatever I have nearby. It feels so well made. Worth every penny I paid for it!!

The first thing that struck me was the packaging. I was expecting quality being Microsoft, but it was so inexpensive I was not expecting much more. It was contained in a combo of box and plastic bubble and very easy to open. Instructions with diagrams displayed as soon as you open the box and it is true Plug-n-Play. I can see that the packaging was designed with customer focus.It included a battery and the color is exactly as I expected. The design looks so simple that I thought I would be sacrificing comfort for price. But even with this simple design it fits nicely in my hand. Most important is the tracking. It is solid and on target. Although I have only been using it for a short time, I am beyond pleased and will seek out the Microsoft brand in the future.

The battery life is amazing! And it scrolls with no problem on the mouse pad that I have.

When looking for a new mouse, some reviews mentioned this one only lasted a couple years. I saw that I had last purchased the same thing in Sept 2018, so I think it's safe to say it lasted much longer. A couple of times I thought it was toast, but it just needed new batteries. I will def buy this again.

It's my current mouse- the one I'm using at this very moment to click around and write this review. Great mouse, responds well, battery lasts a long time and it's reliable. Best mouse I've had so far- and it also looks cool.

Perfect

This is my second purchase of this mouse. My last one lasted me about 9-10 years. However my dog decided that they wanted to eat the “mouse” so I was crushed. But then I found the exact same one on here and I cried with happiness. Best mouse I’ve ever had. Light weight but sturdy and connects very quickly. I especially like that it has an on and off button to help with battery life. Which I only remember having to replace maybe 2 times in ten years.

Stopped working after 7 months of use. Could not find any warranty information as well.
