Lowering the illumination
Love it. Works as advertised. I'm not worried about the fingerprint not working because I don't use it. It does look a bit pixilated but I love the privacy and dimming of the brightness. The ROG 3 is pretty bright even on the lowest setting (even at night) but with this filter, it's nice. I feel like the phone is too bright for driving as well and now I'm not worried that my phone is too bright at night while using it with navigation (on dark theme).

Not so good
This screen protector renders the finger print scanner useless, and makes the screen look very pixelated. However the privacy function does work, it is tempered glass, and has a nice feel to it.

When I put on my phone the finger sensor would not work at all had to remove it quick

Thumb print not supported with this screen protector
My last screen protector allowed my fingerprint to be scanned I thought getting a privacy screen would be useful but apparently not..

Do not buy
Fingerprint scanner doesn't work and you can still see the screen from the side

The one i got wasn't as advertised and the fingerprint scan doesn't work with it

Lines all over screen
privacy works but you will be looking at lines all over your screen, instantly removed it.
