Q: The Keypad is not working and can't open the safe without the key. I have changed the batteries and it still doesn't work. Any ideas?

Not sure if it’s a helpful answer … but we’ve only used the key as husband wouldn’t remember a code. Works fine with just the key. As long as you keep It hidden from the grown up children. Lol.
