Great workout machine, sturdy enough for athletics or beginners, functional, and it does the job. Affordability makes it perfect for starting your home gym. You can finally enjoy your exercise that fits in your schedules and budget without breaking your bank to sign up for expensive gym memberships. Easy to assemble and use, it took me less than 30 minutes to put it together. It's very sturdy, heavy metal that seems durable enough for bigger frame people. It looks and feels like it will last. I'm only a couple months in but I use it 30-40 minutes daily. It works great. Sleek clean design and you can fold it to hang on a wall or put it away when you are done, save space. It's quiet, and I like the sturdy built-in adjustable resistance levels rod, you can increase it once you progress along to build up your strength. I have bad knees from sport injuries over the years, but if you don't exercise, it can only get worse, but you can't really do regular squats on your own because it puts a lot of pressures on your injured knees, this machine helps me do the squats like a pro (and in some ways, legs press because of its design) without straining or adding pressures on my knees, after a couple months in, I'm glad to have my legs and knees strength back, no more knee pain whenever I stretch or bend. My legs, thighs, calves, arms are firmer and stronger than ever. I feel 20 years younger LOL. That's worth a million! Thanks for making an excellent machine at an affordable price. Yes, it's a little bit higher price than some, but look at the weight of the machine, it's heavier than most because it made from real metal, that's why it's sturdy. Skip others, pay a little more but it will last you a lot longer than other brands, especially you don't have to mess with changing the seat's resistant bands like other machines, this one is built-in adjustable tube that easily adjust from level 0-12, I started off with 0 and now at level 4. It also comes with two resistance bands that you can use for your arms or legs, plus the machine is heavy enough to hold it in place while you pull those elastic bands. I have a long way to go to regain my strength and my good shape back but with this thoughtful and effective design machine, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and knowingly that I can finally do squats, do more exercise everyday without further hurting my knees. I recently upgraded to this row and squat machine, and I’m honestly really impressed. I had the original version before, and this one is definitely an upgrade in all the right ways. The assembly was super easy everything was straightforward, and I was able to put it together without any hassle. That alone was a huge plus. As for performance, it works great. It feels sturdy, smooth during use, and does exactly what I need for my workouts. Whether I’m doing rows or squats, it handles everything really well. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. If you’re looking for something effective, easy to assemble, and a solid upgrade from older models, this is a great option.

I knew from day one that this machine would not become another glorified clothes hanger! I've had a few of those over the years. This is a professional level, solidly built, full body exercise machine. I could feel the burn after the first use. It's very intuitive to use. And you can isolate various body parts from your arms to your back, your legs, your abs & your buns! Or you can just follow the natural flow to stretch & strengthen your entire body without stressing your joints. The excercise intensity is hydraulically controlled & has a range of 12 settings. It also comes with a digital monitor to track your progress. I work from home, so this is perfect to use throughout the day when I take breaks from my desk. It glides through it's paces smoothly & quietly. It takes up very little space & can be folded away. I am 76 years old & assembled it by myself in less than an hour. THERE'S NOTHING NOT TO LOVE!

I'm only giving this four stars due to the technique used for the bike not because the bike was in bad condition. This thing was super easy to build. The quality is amazing, comes with a new set of batteries for the counter. The seat is not very comfortable for your butt, this thing is definitely good for leg workouts. Doesn't take out much space, can fold it up very easily.

Ladies, you have to get one of these squat machines! This was definitely worth what I spent for it. I purchased this to firm up my butt because with age my butt just was not standing up like it used to. This squat machine made doing squats easy on my knees. I started with 10 squats per day, and now I'm up to 100 per day. Does it increase your butt? No -- you are not going to gain more butt than you already have. Does it make the butt you have look better and stand up? Yes -- my butt is firm and round and sits up! This squat machine is easy to set up, easy to use, has a small footprint, so it takes up very little floor space, is sturdy, and makes no noise. You simply get on and slide through smooth squat repetitions. And for more firmness, I squeeze my butt at the top when I come up and release when I lower. I also alternate my hands when squatting to get more single arm workout (be careful not to let go so you don't fall off). Or for a safer arm workout, use the included arm bands for an off-machine arm workout. You can increase tension to add resistance. You will not be disappointed with this purchase. Also, Sunny does have an app you can download to your phone.

I purchased this product after learning that I have some arthritis in my knee, shifting my ability to fully flex in weight bearing postures. My research included a small amount of online information and a great deal of discussion with my son who is an exercise enthusiast and so I chose the hydraulic row & ride over the bands so that I could have a smoother experience through the joint. I've used it daily x 1 week and have already developed opinions - Arrival and Assembly - The box was light enough for me to manage alone, though a little awkward due to size. The product arrived with clear instructions and all tools needed for assembly were included. Small pieces were shipped on a card where they were divided to let you know which pieces were for Step 1, which were for Step 2, etc. It very easy to follow BUT you need 2 people to streamline the process. In total, it took about 40 minutes. Use - I go onto You Tube where Sunny Health and Fitness has videos to guide you through routines. To Date, I've completed a few of the routines for beginners without difficulty. Each workout is about 10 minutes and could be done in street clothes if you didn't want to change. There is something about the cover on the seat that catches some of my workout wear and so I'm considering a cover, but it's not a dealbreaker. The handles are comfortable to grip and there are several places to position your arms to shift the upper body workout. The foot pedals could be nicer - but I also paid under $200 for a piece of equipment that I'll actually use so it's probably a fair trade off. Space - For now, I have this in my living room facing my television. As I get more accustomed to the workouts, I could probably just open You Tube on my phone and do away with the video guidance. That would allow me more flexibility. I did not purchase the $50 floor pad. Instead, I used an old yoga mat that I'd kept when I upgraded. It's not a heavy piece of equipment and, so far, I'm not concerned. The actual Workout - All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase. I was in the "but is it something I'll actually use" family and I'm finding it easy, effective, and kind of fun. I can feel my muscles working and, when I need a different resistance level, can easily adjust the dial to shift. The workouts target multiple body parts (lower and upper) and the guidance enables me to target specific muscles. Once I'm used to it enough to move into the longer workouts, I have no doubt that I'll be able to extend the use of the equipment to be even more worthwhile.

I've given this machine a 3 star rating to begin with - it might change in the future. The reason for this rating is that the machine I received does not have two of the features touted. When I first saw this machine and began to read about it and watch videos, and read the reviews, I decided I would prefer the PRO model with the hydraulic cylinder to the resistance bands. The PRO model was described and videos demonstrated people adjusting the seat angle to one of three degrees, depending on an individual's strength. Also, the handle bars/rowing elements was demonstrated as being adjustable in height. As a short and sedentary woman, I decided these were both very important features for me. When the machine took a pretty substantial decrease in price, I ordered it. When my husband put it together, I asked him to adjust the seat to the 90 degree position before I tried it out. He told me he didn't think it was adjustable. I made him watch videos and read descriptions stating it is. Alas, it doesn't adjust. The seat is permanently at the lowest (and therefore the most difficult) position of 30 degrees. This puts great strain on knees. Also, the handle bar/rower is not adjustable at all. This has nothing to do with assembly, these features simply are not on this machine My preference would be to return this machine which does not have the advertised features and have it replaced with a machine that does have those features. Unfortunately the Return/Replace function on the Amazon Orders page does not give this option; it's return only. Also, the price has risen again, and I don't feel it's fair that I would have to pay $50 more to have the same item replaced, through no fault of my own. Also, my husband really does not want to disassemble it and try to repackage it in the box in which arrived, then have to carry it 30 miles to the nearest UPS drop off site. At this moment I am very dissatisfied with both Sunny and Amazon. My husband says he can 'do something' so that the seat does not go further than 90 degrees to begin. If my strength improves greatly, he can then change the degree to 60 and ultimately to the 30 if so desired. As I am short, the non-adjustable handlebars may not be a huge issue. It's mostly the false representation of a product. Those were two features that mattered to me, and the machine just doesn't have them. For further questioning, I asked both Amazon's AI Rufus and it says the seat angle is adjustable, and I Googled the question as well and received the same response - Yes. The seat angle is adjustable. Therefore potential shoppers beware. You may or may not get the features you expect if you purchase this. I know not every person who purchases this expecting the adjustable seat angle will be able to rig up some sort of safe and sturdy work around, like my husband will be able to do. And having to take it back apart and package it up and send it back it not an easy task, especially if you are older. On the very plus side, my husband thinks the machine is well made and sturdy. He says there are no 'bushings' on screws so that in some distant future those connections might fail, but as this is not a health club, that won't happen here - if I keep it. I'm still not sure. So this is my caveat - you may - or may not - get the machine you expect. Buyer beware.

Nice little machine. Very easy to assemble. Glad I got the smart one - being able to track progress is helpful to me. I do wish this model folded, but it isn't heavy and is easy to move. Definitely something I'll use. I have two other Sunny fitness machines - a non smart rower and a smart treadmill. The treadmill is a bargain and sturdy. Definitely feels more expensive. The rower is fine and glides smoothly but since it doesn't have tracking ability I find it hard to get motivated to use. Definitely recommend Sunny products.

This was a little tricky to put together but the directions are very good. All of the nuts and bolts are packaged according to each step which was very helpful. I expected to get on it and go for 30 minutes. I was breathing hard and feeling it in 5 minutes. It’s a good workout for the lower body.
