Surprisingly comfortable for a post-surgery garment. Used after neck liposuction and Renuvion procedure. It provides good support and is easy to wear for long periods. The seams leave some indentations, but that’s expected. Overall, a solid choice for recovery.

Marena compression dressings and garments are medical grade. My surgeon uses this same brand and after ordering a second one it's very evident that they are the same. The velcro closures are strong and long lasting. I've been using my first one everyday for a month and the closures are the same as day 1. Care and cleaning are simple and the product dries rapidly. I’m surprised and disappointed by this product. I’ve used Marena products in the past and they were top notch. The Velcro tears the material if you don’t get it directly on the Velcro. The medium was also way too big, and you can’t tighten it as much as you would want because the Velcro ends. You also can’t adjust the strap that goes across the back of your head, and I needed to pull the top back a little and can’t so it slips forward. I have a huge head so I thought I would need a large but size down to make sure it was super tight and I am surprised about the medium. It also has a little security label on it that says that you can’t return the product if it’s been opened, but Amazon it says a returnable product so I’m scared to return it and I’m not give me my money back and then I don’t have it at all.
