Perfect Simulation of a Real Table Tennis Paddle
Over a year with this product. Bottom line - I can't think of anything wrong with this product.I rarely write reviews on Amazon but I decided that this product is so good, that it's worth writing a review for.First of all, it's extremely easy to use. Just slide the controller in, and it clicks and read to play.Second, it works flawlessly with Eleven Table Tennis. I read some reviews complaining of tracking issues - I had none of those. It gives you an extremely realistic feel of a real table tennis paddle to the point where real life skills translate to this game and vise versa. To prove this point, I let my very technophobic (but table tennis veteran) father in law play with it, and he instantly did as well as he does in real life. As for myself, my non-existing table tennis skills improved beyond recognition simply by using this attachment.Lastly, it feels well mare. It's extremely light but still feels sturdy enough, and the spring for the locking mechanism is strong and secure, zero play at any joint. The one and only drawback I can think about is the fact that the weight distribution will never be truly like a real table tennis padsle, but it's absolutely insignificant for me and I can grab a real paddle and play right away and better than ever.Five stars!

Product is pretty good, but the center of gravity is bitoff compared to real paddle
Advantage:- Pretty realistic feeling, though the grip is bit too plastic-ish- Additional rubber/plastic makes serving pretty good, holding this handler with serving position is also pretty comfortable- Weight-wise is pretty similar, both my paddle and the combo of grip handle + controller is near 200gDisadvantage:- With real TT paddle, the center of gravity is aligned near sweet spot, but with AMVR, the sweet spot is at the center of the controller with is near bottom-center of the controller due to the placement of battery. Due to the addition plastic/rubber patch- It lost track a couple times when I swing really fast- The clipping mechanism is bit worrisome, doesn't feel like product is sturdy for long term useOverall, if you want a budget friendly handle, and don't play TT in real life, at least not seriously/often this is the one to go. Also, based on the image, I think they did a better job with the quest 3, but not with quest 2 :(

Pretty accurate! Read the note(October 2024)
The accuracy of this experience is simply incredible, and it feels so realistic! It's truly a priceless addition. There’s just one minor point missing, how to set it up after the latest game update:- On the game’s home page, navigate to the left and select "Paddle."- Go to the "Position" tab.- Create a "New Position" at the bottom left.- Rename it as you prefer at the top left.- Under "Select controller/adapter," you'll notice "Quest2" is selected by default. Click on that and select "AMVR-QUEST2" as your new adapter.- Hit "Back" at the upper left and don't forget to "Save" at the lower left.- Hit "Back" again and make sure to set your newly created adapter as your "Current" position. That’s it! Enjoy!

Controller position is all wrong for Q3 - Loses Tracking
Purchased to use with Eleven Table Tennis. Also tried using it with Racket Club VR. It holds the controller securely, but loses tracking at times. If I hold it so that it tracks well during forehand swings, it loses tracking during backhand swings and vice-verse. Impossible to play this way.EDIT:The company reached out to help and ultimately refund the cost of the unit.I've increased the rating from 1-star to 3-stars for inferior design but great customer service.

Oculus Quest 2 + Eleven Table Tennis = Great Combo
I've played ping pong on and off most of my life, at times we had an actual table and sometimes didn't. I played the game for a couple weeks for maybe 5 to 10hrs total without this attachment. If you have played it a decent amount with the regular controller it will take some adjusting using this real paddle handle. The weight changes because the controller isn't in your hand anymore but you will get used to it after a couple hours of play. It's aa great addition to the game and does give a more realistic feel overall.

Works as Advertised!
The AMVR Table Tennis Paddle Grip Handle changes the game of table tennis when you use it with Eleven Table Tennis in VR. You have to go into your VR settings, select "AMVR" preset and you are in business. I have the Quest 2. With this add-on, your Q2 controller is now a legitimate table tennis paddle. It has significantly upped my game and made Eleven Table Tennis more enjoyable than ever.

Great Paddle **but** Interferes with Tracking
Well constructed, nice grip and good feel. However, the design interferes with tracking, especially when moving quickly.
