As advertised - what you see is what you get
Second or third purchase of these water filers for my Philips Coffee Machine. They are easy to prep and install and work to filter our already good Oregon water.

Great Deal although i also use filtered water
The price was attractive and from the original manufacturer. One thing packaging should be better done, as the boxes were bent.

Pricey but what we need for our machine
Out Gaggia Babila espresso machine uses these filters. They keep the need to descale the machine to a minimum and filter out minerals impurities in the water that make the coffee taste better. Prepping the filter for installation requires you to shake the filter and then pre soak it. After that, it’s plug and brew. Overall a good product, given the replacement life they could be a bit less expensive but they work.

The real thing, but "surplus"? At retail price?
I ordered these because I was OUT of filters when the "change filter" light came on. It was 4 of these in a day, or two of these in a few more days. I opted for 4.The items themselves are the Saeco brand filter. The boxes, however, looked like they had been picked up off the floor after spilling from a pallet of loose boxes and having been walked over before being re-packaged.The actual filters in the boxes showed no signs of damage. I am sure they will work fine. I will now be more attentive to the use of the LAST of these, and order more BEFORE I NEED THEM.I would not classify these as "damaged". The boxes, however, would never be sold on a retail shelf. And yet, I paid ABOVE retail price per filter?Time for Quality delivers the real deal, but not at a real "value". I admit, when shopping in a store, I will take undamaged packages over damaged packages. I don't know what happens to damaged packages, and I don't care. If the product in the package is the real thing, so be it. Most people are going to pass up a package that is "damaged" over one that is pristine. I am guessing these filters were sourced from vendors who needed to get rid of damaged packages that did not sell...at a loss. Time for Quality seems, then, to be taking in the difference between the wholesale price and the disposal price. Good for them. This time. Maybe never again.
