Dr. Scholl's Love Your FLATS & SANDALS Arch Cushions Women Size 6-10, 3 Pair

These are great if you need some discreet support in your sandals. I like this brand the best because I only have one foot that needs the extra support and the way these are designed I can use them all in my left shoes. This is my second pack I ordered. I’ve been putting them in all my sandals and I ran out. Looked at other types but these were the best.

Some people might find this arch support too thick, since everyone has different needs. My foot is particularly sensitive after several foot surgeries and less tolerate of small deviations.Full insoles elevate the heel, putting pressure on the ball of the foot and the toes. They essentially turn my zero drop shoes into what feels like heels. The result is foot pain. That’s why getting this arch support right is important to me.It would’ve been helpful if the company had offered different thickness options. Since that didn’t happen, I was compelled to do modifications to find my own solution.This arch support is tapered, with the thickest part toward the straight edge. One solution is to trim this thicker part off until you find what’s right for your foot.I have also used the cushions that are for the back of foot to prevent blisters as arch supports since they’re not as thick.I hope this is helpful to others that don’t require or can’t tolerate aggressive arch supports, like myself.

I LOVE THESE!! They provide the arch support I need in all of my shoes. I even put them under the inner soles when I’m able to.

Meh at best. The arch is pretty tall so make sure you account for that, and they don't stick at all. They are easy to use, just peel off the backing and place it in your shoe, but the sides don't stay down and every time I walk, they come up and slide forward.

Always works great. wish they had extra stickies for when the arch is no longer sticky.

I’m so glad I found these! I have these shoes that I really like but they have absolutely no arch support so they were really hurting my feet. These arches work really well because they are comfortable and supportive and I can pull them off to move them and then they just stick back down again perfectly! I wasn’t sure I would like the feel of the material but it’s actually really comfortable. And it comes with three different colored pairs which is awesome. I don’t know if you can see from the photo but I put the arches up high like on the side of the shoe (because I have wide feet I guess) but they stick fine and work well. Very happy!

I use these (in addition to Dr Scholl's high heel support insert, as well as a medial/lateral heel wedge silicone insert that i found on amazon, and I'm currently searching for a metatarsal pad that works for the ball of my foot) in a pair of high heel boots I wear for work (7 hours). I often can't wear them the whole 7 hours and end up switching over to pair of flat boots with cushion, BUT! I've worked it up to 5 hours comfortably by adding all these parts. It's taken *a lot* of trial and error but I'm slowly and surely building a sole that will fit and support my foot shape and these were an awesome addition!
