I suffer from migraines and used to buy homeopathic patches, for my forehead, that cost $7 for a box of 6 and each patch would last from five to seven hours. Sometimes I would get cluster migraines that lasted for weeks and buying those patches got expensive. But the purchase of this Headache/Migraine Hat has been awesome!!! No longer do I have to worry about running out of patches, nor do I worry about my dogs getting into the trash and pulling the patches out.This hat is perfect when migraines start making me sensory sensitive because it is snug, can be pulled down over my eyes, can cover up my ears, I can freeze or refrigerate the little ice packs, I can position them over my eyes or just below for sinus headaches, I don’t have to stock up on them if I’m going on vacation and I don’t look like I have a huge bandied on my forehead!Cannot begin to say how much this simple hat has made having migraines not so stressful and fits perfectly on my head. Oh, and I don’t have to worry about waiting 24 hours before I took my next dose.Highly recommended for anyone who has to deal with headaches of any kind!!!

I love this I already have one but my migraines are now everyday so I just bought a second one. It stays cold for quite some time and helps that much more with comfort. The ice packs can get hard but the cold is worth it for me

I like it! I love these ice caps for my migraines, they make a HUGE difference if I'm feeling a lot of pain. Putting the cap on is sometimes enough to stop one from going full-blown, other times it's enough to just give a little relief while my meds are kicking in. Either way, they are well worth the money.I have another cap that I like better, and that's why this doesn't get a full 5 stars from me. The style is very similar - a stretchy, flexible cap with little ice packs in all the right places that you just put on your head when you're hurting. I love how it surrounds my head and gets all of the important spots. My only issue with this one is that it runs a little small, and I find it snug. If I'm already having head pain, I don't want anything too tight on me. That will vary from person to person, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. Otherwise, I've had no issues with the quality so far.

I don’t have migraines, but I frequently get tension headaches, even while I’m sleeping. I keep mine in the refrigerator at all times. I put it on and my headache is almost always relieved. The cold plus the comfortable compression in the right spots front and back are curative for me. I bought a second one that I also keep in the refrigerator in case I need more time after the first one is no longer cold. I’ve only used the second one one time, but it’s comforting knowing it’s available.You will look ridiculous, but who cares if it works…right?!

Honestly I do adore this product, it fits even my tiny head and reaches nearly every sore or tender spot and refreezes extremely quickly....But the smell of the material is so wretched that I get insane nausea without a migraine having it near. Ive washed it mutiple times and even let it soak for several hours in the best gentle detergent I own and the awful smell just comes back.I keep it because I have chronic migraines and get to the point where I'm throwing up anyway so the smell makes no difference at that point but it's just A Lot.

I have a very rare health disorder (IIH) that causes daily pressure headaches. Due to the illness, not even medication helps with the headaches. This ice cap has been the sole saving grace from being in utter misery. I have 2 of these. Each one lasts from frozen to thawed on my head about a good 20-30 mins before its just room temp. So having a backup for me is a must. But so worth the money.I have had mine for a few months and they work good as the day I bought them. Would highly recommend!

I can’t say it’s super comfy, cause you are wearing ice cubes on your head. But I get migraines a lot and I get hot and sensitive to light and this helps so much. I love wearing it to sleep if I need to take a nap due to my migraine. I feel like it stays cooler than say my neck ice pack. Highly recommend!

I got the Kelly green Aculief Headache Hat. I get headaches with migraine tendencies often. I don't like taking the medication so much. I tried the Hat and it works fabulously. My headache went away in 20 minutes. The gel packs don't come out but you can slide them a little left, right, up or down. So happy I purchased this.

i bought my first one a few years ago and since then i've tried 3 other brands that sucked in comparison. so i recently bought my second one. it fits snug, has perfect ice pack placement and lasts a long time. i have the two in the freezer at all times. it gives me instant relief every time i have a migraine.

Big fan of my cap. The gel tabs can be shifted to fit where you want them the best. They are stiff at first but warm but quickly. I get about an hour of cold while wearing it which let's me fall asleep while waiting for meds to kick in. Even when warm or barely cool, the gentle pressure helps mitigate the pain. It takes a few hours to freeze again so I am getting 2 to keep a better rotation of cold headpacks. At this price, I've owned my first for over a year and no issues.Very grateful for this pain reliver in my chronic migraine toolbox. Doesn't work alone, but a great thing to combo with your meds.

The ice blocks are a bit chunky at first but after it warms up a bit they mould to your head nicely.

This works. Every time I feel that pressure coming along warming me a migraine is coming I put this on. If I already have one I put this on and feel immediate relief. It doesn’t take away the migraine but it’s enough to give relief to allow me to relax and let my medicine work. I take it everywhere with me which is why I bought a second. I’d forget it in my partners freezer and then be stuck without it at home sometimes haha.

This would have been perfect except it’s painful blocks of ice in the hat instead of using gel that would conform and bend to your head. You could keep it in the fridge instead but it doesn’t stay cold long enough .
